I was in the market for a lightly used truck and was looking for a high-end badass truck, specifically a Ford F150 FX4 Lariat. Foley Motorsports kept showing up in used car searches on the internet with beautiful vehicles at decent prices. So i made an appointment to go look at a few. When I got there I wasn't bombarded with salesman, it was a nice, laid back atmosphere. I found Greg, the salesman that had replied to my email, and he had the truck I inquired about ready to look at when I got there. The truck was exactly as described, and Greg was extremely friendly and helpful! I decided to buy the truck after looking at a couple others. I decided to buy with them because they were more than willing to have the front bumper repainted due to severe road rash and they also threw in an undercoat to prevent the underside from rusting further, great deal I was thinking. The tires were bare minimum passing, so they took extra money off the price to cover tires for me as well! What a great dealership! The sales manager Zee is super friendly and was a great guy to deal with, very approachable and easy to talk to. The main salesman I dealt with, Greg, was excellent as well. Very friendly, easy to talk to and was on top of everything for me. I would recommend this dealership to my own mother, even my grandmother! Great place to do business!

I've bought new, used, and lease vehicles over the last 25 years. I've never had as smooth, pleasant, and successful experience as I've had at Harbro Auto Sales. My first interaction was with a salesman named Rick Gaudreau. There was never any pressure, just helpful answers, assurances, and promises to make sure I was happy with my purchase. They delivered on every one of those assurances and promises, with never a negotiation or complaint. The price I paid for my truck was very fair, and their onsite detailing, autobody, and service department made sure it left their lot in better shape than I expected. I saw the vehicle before they went through it and discussed what I would like to see fixed. When I came to pick it up, they had taken care of everything I requested, and done a fantastic job on the detailing. Over the first couple weeks I was driving it, I noticed a couple more problems that weren't immediately apparent. They fixed it all for no change, even though none were safety issues, and frankly I don't feel other dealerships would have been so willing to resolve. Every person I interacted with at their location, including the owner, sales rep, service manager, and mechanic were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. People often think I bought a new truck when they see it, rather than a several year old vehicle.
Frankly I cannot think of a single negative aspect to any part of my dealings with them. That's never happened to me before when working with a new or used car dealer, whether it was price, condition, confusion, or service.
I will be coming back here next time I am in the market for a vehicle, and will be recommending them to everyone I know.

I will have to say, dealing with S & E auto was 10 star quality with a no pressure atmosphere. My wife and I looked at our new explorer with out hassle. Steve was extremely friendly and courtesy to my family. After buying numerous cars from large dealers, I will stick with S & E auto. Just a friendly environment with great prices. Thank you Steve.

June 2016 - We were actually assisting my son who was looking to buy a vehicle (Jeep) and saw an ad for one at Done Deal Motors. The Jeep he was interested in was unavailable at the time and we turned to leave when my wife happened to notice a Lexus RX 350 on the show room floor. She looked at it and thought it was very nice and then we left. A couple of days later we returned to see if the vehicle was still available and inquired about the price. We spoke first to a sale associate and then to Dimetry, the owner. A test drive and an hour later, my wife purchased the Lexus. We were both extremely pleased with Bianka, Matt and Dimetry, all professional and knowledgeable individuals. No high pressure sale, answered all our questions honestly, all were courteous and friendly. Highly recommend this dealership. If they say they will do something for you, believe them, they keep their promises (something that many dealerships don't do after the sale is completed). If you were to ask me, before meeting "Dutch," at Dedham Automall, if I would ever take the time to write an even decent review about any car dealership, I would have told you it's more likely I'd become an astrophysicists. I have leased/financed 5 cars in my life and every experience I've had with large dealerships have been an absolute nightmare. These absolute cut-throat salesmen try to wamboozle you every time you blink. Buy the 3rd, 4th and 5th cars I financed/leased I was not the least bit excited about getting a new car, I'd go in there preparing for war, preparing to lose, and knowing that when I left, even if I didn't get a bad deal, I'd be so irate that I'd convince myself they had got me somehow.
I showed up at Dedham Automall on the fly as I had an issue with my previous car and needed a new one pronto and found a car I took interest to online from Dedham Automanll. I already had a price in mind and expected there to be a battle over it. The man I met and prepared to have it out with, David "Dutch" Winter, had me literally forgetting why I was there within the first 20min. As we took the new car for a drive, we were deep in conversation, talking like old buddies and the car wasn't even a topic with the exception of a few questions hear and there as they came up. And so the vibe remained all the way through me signing a check over for my very sporty 2007 audi A4 which I absolutely love. There was never any pressure on me, never any negotiating. Just the original price I had seen the car listed for, minus the generous amount Dutch and his boss removed from it, and the brand new tires they through on the car which was a huge value. I didn't even ask, Dutch just took care of it. I seriously couldn't believe how care free the whole experience was from start to finish. I had to come back to the dealership twice after for paperwork and to pick up the car and the same vibe each time. Priceless. Not only did I end up getting a very fair deal, better then I even tried for, I left in my new car feeling better about life in general and that carries on every time I'm driving that Audi. I hate to be so dramatic about the whole thing, but dealing with a selective group of shallow salesmen in the most uncomfortable nerve racking situations, and then finding yourself making a large investment in an environment where these gentlemen made it clear that they had no hidden agenda, they're there to sell cars, I'm hear to invest in my future, and that's as painful as it has to be, certainly lends a sigh of relief.
I would recommend Dedham AutoMall to everyone tired of wheeling and dealing against dealerships with a mentality to grind every penny they can out of you at times extermely immorally, and replace that with a comfortable environment where you can walk in with an idea of what you'd like to spend, and walk out spending that amount or maybe a little less as I did.

Because it was a chambers certified car we also received four new tires after the deal was negotiated. Spencer also followed up three times after the sales to make sure we received the owners manual and additional FOBS.

In the fall of 2014 I found myself in need of a good quality late model pre-owned vehicle. I had some hip problems, so I was looking for a car that was slightly bigger than my Corolla. I had heard through the grapevine that A.S.P.I. motors cars in Dedham was an excellent place. I paid them a visit. I could not have asked more from Lou Tedeschi. Not only did he find me a car that fit my needs, he also helped me secure a car loan with my slight challenged credit score. End result is that I am enjoying my Chevy Malibu and I have only one more year to pay it off! When it came time to take delivery of my car, Lou had to be out of town on business so he left me in the capable hands of Maria, who took care of the registration and all the paperwork. I now have my car serviced there and get treated with much respect and dignity. If you are looking for an affordable, reliable late model vehicle, A.S.P.I. motor cars should be your first stop.
