I'm truly for the first time in my 25 years of car buying am impressed and HAPPY with my purchase. The entire car buying experience from stepping through their doors to walking out with keys has been exceptional. Hoffman Auto is stocked with professionals who do go above and beyond for their customers. I had an issue after we bought the vehicle and they made it right and then some. I highly recommend this dealership and they are worth the drive if you're not local. I live almost an hour away and we will be back to buy another vehicle from them. I'm pleasantly surprised by this dealership. Kudos to them for standing apart from the rest. Hoffman is excellence.

I had a terrible experience at another Ford dealership in CT. So, I re-started my search and found the car I was looking for on the Bob Thomas website & called the dealership. I was connected to Tony and he helped me from that point forward. He was very personable, polite, and responsive. On my first visit, he couldn't be there but connected me to Joe Capone. Everyone was extremely professional. After purchasing the car, I got it home & found a problem with the sun roof. Tony was ready for me the very next morning with the solution and a rental for use until the car was repaired. I had never been to Bob Thomas, but would definitely go back again for service and to purchase another Ford in the future.

I have avoided this dealership for about 2 or 3 years now, because of my horrible experiences with their former service department. I had an emergency recently and had no choice but to stop there. I met Darlene, the manager, and not only did she take me in without an appointment she calmed my nerves and turned me around to this dealership again. I've already been back just for an oil change and regular maintenance. If you are like me and thought you would never come here again, give it a try! All new staff and they couldn't have taken better care of me.
Ps- We are going to give their sales dept a try when my husband's lease is up in June. Hopefully they can live up to the such standards set by the service department!

A car is a very expensive purchase. It takes weeks of research to decide which make and model to buy, I don't want just anyone servicing it. This is one of the very few dealers that have earned my trust. Great group of nice people. I have bought many vehicles and always cringe when I bring it in for service. Buy it from one place service it in another .Very hard to find a dealer who can be both. I was very Fortunate to find them. Could not be more impressed with there service department clean efficient and open saterday.

My wife and I decided to purchase a 2016 Ford Explorer from Marcotte Ford, and the experience couldn't have been better. Nicole was fantastic throughout the entire buying process, keeping us informed of what was going on, making sure everything met our expectations. A few months later our other vehicle was needing to be replaced, so we returned to Nicole and ended up buying a 2013 Ford F-150. Well with a used vehicle, theres always the chance of it having issues... The issues were addressed to Rob in the service department and within a few days, all the issues were taken care of. While the truck was being fixed, they accommodated me with a loaner that was equivalent to what I owned. We couldn't be any happier with the experiences at Marcotte.

I live in Torrington, and went to Crowley in Plainville because Mark Hoxic had left Torrington Ford and was now with Crowley. I had a vehicle accident and my car had been totaled. Mark sold me a new Ford F 150 XLT Sport. He couldn't be more professional, honest, and knowledgeable a sales person. That's why I was willing to go all the way to Crowley, and Crowley is lucky to have him. No nonsense here. You want a great vehicle and a deal, go to Crowley and ask for Mark.
Went in for a possible transmission sound - DD
At 7:00 am with an appointment I took my F150 for a possible transmission sound and was told that I had spark plug issues not transmission.The service person John told me he would call me with an update on the removal of the plugs. NO CALLS. At 3:30 I called thinking there were no issues only to be told we have to keep your truck. Out of 8 spark plugs 6 were broke off by the service center. They state they have a tool to deal with this. The next day no call again, I call at 11:50 get disconnected or hung up on, I call right back and the woman tells me John will call you right back he's on another line. Again NO CALL back. I then ask my husband to call hours later and he gets a response of they are not sure if the truck will be done again, my husband pushed back as he also had been a service mechanic that it does not take days to replace spark plugs. Miraculously my husband calls 1.5 hours later and the truck is done. I inquired about the NO CALLS when arriving at the service center and was told they were too busy to return my call. So once your vehicle is in service don't expect any quality customer service because there is none! So to take care of 8 spark plugs it took almost two entire days!
Holding $2k deposit hostage - ultravorx
A husband and wife go to Ray Seraphin Ford to purchase a new vehicle on a saturday. They tell the dealership if numbers work out they will purchase that day, dealer agrees that they can drive home in said vehicle same day.
After negotiation, they were very close to purchase, but said dealership is having issues finalizing numbers and couldn't deliver new vehicle the same day either.
Dealer received large down-payment which was given, and said to come back on monday.
The paperwork given to the couple was wrong with Vin and year were different. After looking up Vin given, couple found this was for a newer vehicle aylt a different dealer for much less than vehicle being sold.
So with the paperwork discrepancy and cheaper price, couple goes to another dealership to purchase a better model for far less then what said dealer offered.
Now ray seraphin is holding the down-payment hostage, refuses to refund even though no paperwork was signed and requested to cancel deal before they opened on Monday.
So now the dealership is REFUSING to refund the deposit until all the negative reviews are removed!! Unbelievable!
