Good experience with Rick Frame and Dowling. Rick was straight forward and transparent. Did not negotiate on price, but had already done research and Dowling's off-the-lot-price (sticker + fees) still came in lower than comparable cars at other dealers with lower sticker prices (but higher all-in prices).
Rick and Dowling followed through quickly on all points of purchase (detailing, plates, registration, several special requests, CPO warranty certification) and I took the car home on the second visit.

I have avoided this dealership for about 2 or 3 years now, because of my horrible experiences with their former service department. I had an emergency recently and had no choice but to stop there. I met Darlene, the manager, and not only did she take me in without an appointment she calmed my nerves and turned me around to this dealership again. I've already been back just for an oil change and regular maintenance. If you are like me and thought you would never come here again, give it a try! All new staff and they couldn't have taken better care of me.
Ps- We are going to give their sales dept a try when my husband's lease is up in June. Hopefully they can live up to the such standards set by the service department!

A car is a very expensive purchase. It takes weeks of research to decide which make and model to buy, I don't want just anyone servicing it. This is one of the very few dealers that have earned my trust. Great group of nice people. I have bought many vehicles and always cringe when I bring it in for service. Buy it from one place service it in another .Very hard to find a dealer who can be both. I was very Fortunate to find them. Could not be more impressed with there service department clean efficient and open saterday.

Went to Rhinebeck Ford to trade in my 2012 Ford Explorer for a current model. My salesperson was Andrew Torres. After we discussed my exact specifications for the new car, and it was not a car that they had in stock, Andrew managed to find the exact car and I had it the very next day, together with the new registration, insurance and extended warranty that I had purchased. An extraordinary and very pleasant experience in today's world. I will and already have recommended Rhinebeck Ford and Andrew Torres to several of my friends who were also amazed at my experience!!!!!

We worked with Tony Teodosio to purchase a MKC. He worked hard at getting us the best price. We did not feel pressured at any point and it was an enjoyable experience. He is one of the best salesmen that I have met. After purchase, the next day, we had the SUV undercoated. Service came to the office, dropped off a loaner and had our SUV back by 3:00pm at the office. How wonderful is that! Fantastic!

My wife and I decided to purchase a 2016 Ford Explorer from Marcotte Ford, and the experience couldn't have been better. Nicole was fantastic throughout the entire buying process, keeping us informed of what was going on, making sure everything met our expectations. A few months later our other vehicle was needing to be replaced, so we returned to Nicole and ended up buying a 2013 Ford F-150. Well with a used vehicle, theres always the chance of it having issues... The issues were addressed to Rob in the service department and within a few days, all the issues were taken care of. While the truck was being fixed, they accommodated me with a loaner that was equivalent to what I owned. We couldn't be any happier with the experiences at Marcotte.

Went in for a possible transmission sound - DD
At 7:00 am with an appointment I took my F150 for a possible transmission sound and was told that I had spark plug issues not transmission.The service person John told me he would call me with an update on the removal of the plugs. NO CALLS. At 3:30 I called thinking there were no issues only to be told we have to keep your truck. Out of 8 spark plugs 6 were broke off by the service center. They state they have a tool to deal with this. The next day no call again, I call at 11:50 get disconnected or hung up on, I call right back and the woman tells me John will call you right back he's on another line. Again NO CALL back. I then ask my husband to call hours later and he gets a response of they are not sure if the truck will be done again, my husband pushed back as he also had been a service mechanic that it does not take days to replace spark plugs. Miraculously my husband calls 1.5 hours later and the truck is done. I inquired about the NO CALLS when arriving at the service center and was told they were too busy to return my call. So once your vehicle is in service don't expect any quality customer service because there is none! So to take care of 8 spark plugs it took almost two entire days!

Because I was not only looking for a reasonable deal but also safety, Mr. Jeff Gladding was able to assist me with a kind and courteous disposition that made me feel comfortable during my car shopping experience. Most importantly, I was highly impressed with Jeff's honesty as well as his willingness to show me vehicles that were in my price range.
