Otto is the man! I tried Lynnes after Paul Miller Saburu tried to low ball me for my trade in. As soon as I entered the Lynnes parking lot, Otto came right up to us and offered his help immediately. He looked over my trade in vehicle and agreed that my asks ng price was fair. It was nice not to have to haggle for once. After we decided on a Saburu model ,I was given the fair True Car price. The finance office ( dealing with Joe) was also a pleasant experience and I was not pressed into taking unnecessary warranties.
Otto called me the next day to ask how everything was and to let me know about the status of some dealer add-ons that I had requested.
Overall i would give Otto and Lynnes five out of five stars so far. Great job!

I had a great experience in buying my new Subaru Outback. I did all my research and compared brands before I went into a few dealerships. Miguel helped me and my wife. I have to say for a young guy he carried himself like a professional and has a passion in selling Subaru's. Joe was great very funny guy. I enjoy my experience at Lynne's unusually you step into a dealership and the salesmen is pushy or another manager comes and talks to you. Loved my experience at Lynne's.

First visit salesman quoted price higher than advertised price and said it was the lowest he could go. I tired a second visit and sales manager appeared too cocky.

My experience with dealer ship was fantastic from sales to finance dept and service. Our sales person Matt Reed was fantastic as long as well finance and sales manager went beyond to get us our new car and service department is flexible with your needs. I been to other dealerships not to mention the one down the road and they don't want to bothered with you.

Found a great used car here. Was all ready to buy it only to find out that their online quoted "Paul Miller" price conveniently omitted the $475 dealer prep fee and the $400 document fee they added onto the final bill. The document fee is standard with other dealerships (slightly high in fact) but the $475 fee was not disclosed until we agreed to buy. This is just misleading and dishonest. When I showed Sunil (manager) the quote I received from them on my phone, he agreed that there was no mention of the fee. He then went to their website and after several minutes, he was finally able to find the fine print at the bottom of the page noting that they tack on this fee. The sad part is that if they were just up front about the fee in the "PaulMiller" price, we likely would have bought the car.
It's really unfortunate that they have this practice. We felt deceived and ended up walking away from the purchase. Based on our experience, I would not recommend the dealer
