After weeks of searching for our next car we decided to go with Delux. Initial phone call was placed to inquire about a certain vehicle. Sue called us back the next day and asked if we would like to come in and view. We agreed and we received a follow up call from Kevin. We arrived at the very impressive showroom and was greated by Kevin at the front door. We was shown the car and offered a test drive. Kevin left us alone as my wife and I negotiated between ourselves. Then it was down to the deal. To be honest, We were dreading it. From previous experience with dealers, It normally takes multiple hours of waiting and back and forth. Not with Kevin, he had the prelimary paperwork complete within the hour. Before we knew it, we was in underwriting. An hour later we were in our dream car on the way home. Kevin was polite, not pushy and very professional. He made the deal happen and we couldn't be happier. Big shout out to a great dealer and most importantly, Kevin. Would we recommend, you bet.

ISSUES WITH REPAIRS OF MY BMW X1 - LITO
I had almost had a week of issue getting my car fixed due to the ignorance of their staffs especially RON, the service manager who doesn't even know what's and what's not included in their dealership warranty. He told me that drive axles are not included. PRIOR to this review, i filed a complaint WITH BBB against EMG due to the rudeness and arrogance of their financial manager ANGELO BARRO after i had a discussion with him with my issue. These RON and ANGELO BARRO acted and decided on their own without even informing their General Manager RUSSEL regarding my issue with my car thus creating this SCREW UP. I was about to file a complaint with NJ CONSUMER AFFAIR against EMG if not for the very nice and calm attitude of their General Manager RUSSEL who helped me get my car fixed. i told him of the issues i had with his staffs and he was very apologetic about what transpired. He assure me that he will do everything to have my car fixed. that same day He sent 2 of his staff to pick up and drive my car.to their dealership so it could be fixed. FIVE STAR FOR THEIR GENERAL MANAGER RUSSEL AND 1 STAR FOR RON AND 0 STAR FOR ANGELO BARRO.. Also 5 STARS for OMAR FELIX for his patience and assistance with my BMW X1 purchased last June 28, 2017.
With respect to their General Manager RUSSEL for taking good care of my problem, i will be dropping my complaint with BBB and I also deleted my negative reviews in their Facebook account. Again thank you very much RUSSEL.

I found the make and model of the truck I was looking for at Arrow. I called and Shawn gave me a very honest review of the truck and it's flaws over the phone. I was coming from an hour away and he had it ready for me when I arrived. I liked what I saw and he had already lowered the price on my arrival to minimize the haggling. He held my check as a deposit and didn't cash it true to his word.
They allowed me to bring my mechanic back to look the truck over, They gave us time alone to inspect and discuss. Some minor issues were found so they were agreeable in a price adjustment. In the end I think I got a very fair deal. And the truck came with a limited warranty. Shawn was great to deal with. Very professional and a nice guy. I would highly recommend him.

We just recently purchased our second car (a Mazda 3) from Alex at Carvan Motors for my daughter to commute to college and couldn't have been happier with the car and the whole used car buying experience. The other vehicle was a loaded Honda Odyssey we I love it! He and his wife Alexandra handled the entire transaction process professionally and efficiently. They are an honest hardworking auto body shop (hard to find) and stand behind everything they do to the cars. Alex will show you exactly what was replaced on each vehicle and all his cars are like brand new - low miles late models. I searched for months to find the best all-around deal throughout the tristate area and it is very difficult when there are so many internet misrepresentations games being played. That is not the case with Carvan Motors. You pay exactly what he says and processing fees are a flat low rate of $278. They do all the paperwork and you get your permanent plates in just days. I would highly recommend a trip to Carvan to test drive any of his inventory.

I called and confirmed if the car was available but when I got there this rude guy ERIC said that I would never be able to buy a car at that price so I was like why were you advertising it? He said the car was not drivable that's why they were selling it for cheap. Come on now the car under Honda warranty not driveavle and you are advertising it. I hope they go out of business

It started with a add I seen for a used car. I called and spoke with Kevin and told him, I did not want to drive 30 miles, if the car was not in good condition. He said! give me a minute to check it over and called me back, saying its in good used car condition. My wife and I arrived and asked Kevin to show us the car. He gave us the keys after a brief description, and left us to check it out on our own. We liked it, but had others at nearby dealers to look at. So we returned about two hours later and took a test ride with a Martinez ? So we bought the car, but it had a few safety issues that needed fixing. Missing a drivers side mirror glass and stone damage to the windshield. The mirror was replaced while we were doing the paperwork and the car was cleaned. We left that day with the car and only a verbal agreement the windshield would be fixed. Two days later a auto glass company contacted me and replaced the windshield in the auto the next day. I met several other sales people while waiting for paperwork and must say, they seemed down to earth and just working for a living.

No price issues, the price quoted was what we paid! Plates were issued on time and I never had an easier time in buying a previously owned vehicle than I did at Sheldon Motors!

After calling the dealer with a few questions about a particular vehicle, my 19 year old son and I drove an hour and a half to get to the dealer after work. We looked and drove the car and very much like the car. The car was priced fairly well online. Once we sat down with Oleg the sales rep we were asked if how we would be paying for the vehicle. I replied that the car was for my son and he was paying cash. We were then told that the price would increase by $995 if we did not finance the car. In addition to the non finance charge there is a $2,995 dealer prep fee added to the sale. Now the car is nearly $4,000 more than we originally planned & well over the blue book value. With that we left. In addition the sales person spoke with his manager several times. Oleg did not even hand us his card but the card of John Shabayer, whomever that might be.
I was beyond disgusted over this dealer especially given I did like the car and was prepared to purchase the car that night.
