Blessed!! - jeannie12
I want to start by saying that when you walk into Schultz Ford in Nanuet it is like walking into your family home. The atmosphere is kind, warm, caring, fun and truly genuine hearted people. Two years ago Kyle and Matt put me into a Ford Escape and i couldn't be happier with the car or service. Soon after that they put my husband into a Ford Fiesta and that also was great. I told them I would be back in about 2 years with my other children. I returned this past week with my son to be met by the same sales people who first took care of me. I was amazed they had remembered me (maybe I'm hard to forget!) My experience was even better this time with Kyle and Kevin, Aaron and Matt helping out. The whole process went smoothly and took only a short time. My son is thrilled with his 2017 Ford Fusion SE. In another couple of months i will return with my daughter back to a place that i consider "family". I am truly blessed to do business with such wonderful people. And i don't want to forget Joe- the service manager- also outstanding! We are an entire Ford family of cars!
Thank you Schultz Ford.

ANOTHER excellant purchase. My forever FORD Family. - Courtney F.
I have been purchasing FORD vehicles from Wayne Ford for 20 year's. I recently traded in my Ford Explorer and purchased a Ford F150 Lariat 4x4. I love my new truck. My experience with Vernon was excellent. Vernon was very honest and caring. My process was very easy. It was great to see that I was recognized and remembered from the Wayne Ford Staff, especially by Troy. Wayne Ford made me feel like Family and ONCE AGAIN made my visit comfortable. Wayne Ford will FOREVER be my Ford Family.

Purchased used 2014 Lincoln MKS - Tony614
I originally visited the dealership to enquire about leasing a 2016 Ford Edge. Jesse greeted me, and was very helpful from the start. Numbers for the lease ended up being too high, so instead I opted to take a look at some newer Used Vehicles they had in stock. Settled on the 2014 used Lincoln MKS because it was in excellent condition, and fairly priced, while still being under the manufacturers warranty. We worked back and forth on getting the numbers to work for my trade-in and financing, and I drove home with my "new" used car the same day [Feb 4, 2017]. Since then, Jesse has also been helpful in making sure the loan payoff on my trade-in was received timely by the bank. Overall, a very satisfying experience.
However, I am now having difficulty in resolving my cancellation of optional Key Replacement Insurance. I should have received a credit to my loan account for the amount of the premium [$200], but it is taking an inordinate amount of time to process [today is 04/18/17]. Needless to say, many calls to the Finance Mgr, leaving messages, have gone unreturned. My patience is wearing thin over what should be a minor item for the Dealership to resolve, and the longer it takes, the lower my rating will go.
Fortunately, this issue has now been resolved to my complete satisfaction!
Got a new car! - TruckityTruck
Excellent service. Was greeted with open arms and treated very well. Cassandra broke down all details and reviewed paper work to make the sale as comfortable as can be. Will purchase 2nd car from her and this dealership.
Low pressure old school Mom and Pop dealer - Tyemow03
Schultz Ford of West Haverstraw New York- If you are looking for a Ford this is the place to go. This dealer brought me back to a place 30+ years ago, when your local car dealer actually knew your name and actually cared about repeat business. Yes, if you’re into the high pressure chaotic wall street trading floor zoo- then this is NOT the place for you.
Do your homework online first and take a look at what they have in stock. Keep in mind they have another store in Nanuet NY and they can get you just about any Ford vehicle to your liking. When I arrived, I was greeted by Rose who did a great job making me feel right at home. They had the car I was interested in ready and waiting in the back. Clyde brought the car I was to test drive around and showed me the highlights of the car.
After a nice test drive up scenic route 9w I returned to the showroom. Due to my situation with the VW "Dieselgate" class action lawsuit I was unable to negotiate a deal then and there. I met with Brian the sales manager who reviewed the financials of the vehicle that I was interested in. We stayed in touch over the next couple of weeks as to the status of the buyback of my vehicle from VW. The day they took my VW back I called over to Brian and we worked out the final deal over the phone (Luckily the car I test drove was still available). Again, as I said "no pressure" at all...
I filled out the financial information online and was pre-approved within minutes. Clyde called my insurance company and added the car to my policy. All I needed to do was sign the papers. Due to a scheduling conflict, we needed to take the car that day. Because we arrived after service hours Brian the Sales Manager was actually washing my car in the service bay. I was amazed by the Roll your sleeves up attitude here! You would never get this from a Prima-Donna NJ dealer. I've never experienced service like this at any dealer before. We live an hour away in New Jersey (The home of high pressure sleazy car dealers!) We could have shopped the "Auto Malls" locally but we would never have had the level of customer service that we experienced at Schultz Ford of West Haverstraw.
This dealer truly goes out of their way to earn your business. What a great buying experience! We will be back for our next Ford. I’m not sure when that’ll be, our Expedition has over 130k miles on it and is still running strong (Knock on wood!) Ford has come a long way in building quality products.
Kudos to Sales and Service - Cindy S
Went to Verner-Cadby to get my mother's car serviced and to help my sister buy a New car. Her Ford 2006 Focus was tired. Found a car, our no pressure Salesman was great. While working out the particulars, the Parts Department told us in addition to our oil change, Mom's breaks had seen better days. They offered us a loaner, a brand new escape. We had Mom's car later that afternoon and the new car the next day. Never had such a smooth experience in other dealerships in Sales or Service. Thanks Verner-Cadby for making our life easier and working in our budget. 👏👏👏
Second and last time leasing a car from them - EB
Just leased our second Explorer from them. Julian Santiago was our sales person. When discussing about registration we told him we wanted our plates transferred, he kept pushing for a new plates because he said our registration expires in November. I told him I don't mind paying again for renewal because the old plates have our initials and had them for years and there is a meaning behind them. He said ok not a problem we will have to pay for a new plates and then will receive a check back. He wrote on the envelope transfer plates. Three weeks later on June 15th we received an envelope with new plates and a note saying they could. It transfer the plates because the lease in on my wife's name and the old registration was on my name. This should have been explained to us before we leased the car or I would have put the lease on my name. When I called and asked to speak to the General Manager Joe Fisher, he said let me find out what is going on and he would call me back. He never did, some nice lady Cindy Hill called to let me know that she had no answer why this happened and she doesn't know how they did it the first time. She said I would have to fill out a credit application pay $70 and add my name as a coo-buyer. I told her I'd like to speak the Joe Fisher the General Manager. She put me on hold, three minutes later she said Joe is on the phone with the owner he will call me. Waited no phone call. I emailed her saying I will not fill out any paperwork before I spoke with Joe. She replayed back "I understand". Still no phone call from the General Manager. Today June 17th 2017 I called Mr Joe Fisher to let him know that I will keep the new plates and let him know that I will NEVER EVER go back to All American Ford. I would expect an apology from the General Manager who is the leader and the face of All American Ford but I guess they don't care. I am trying to find out who the owner is and send him a personal letter because obviously their management team doesn't care. We were going to go back there and get a pick up truck for my father in law but this will not happen and I will make sure people I know will NOT get a car from All American Ford.
loving my ride! thank you jj petrillo!! - Leanne O.
so this was the first of many for me. i am beyond pleased with my ford escape. i have leased nissan vehicles for the last several years and my intention was to just shop around at different dealers but there wasnt a need to go further after walking into all american ford in paramus. not only was jj petrillo so helpful, he heard all of what my requirements which wasnt easy esp with what i wanted to pay monthly but he made it happen. i can honestly say for a base model the 2017 ford escape has so many festures as well as such a beautiful ride. i highly recommend the car and most of all the man behind the sale, jj petrillo.
Excellent service - krupinska0220

Made my appointment... Brought my car in on time... Sat in a beautiful show room... When my car was finished, they explained all that they did and I was on my way. That's how it's done. Thank you!
I have had many problems with the dealership - Ss5256
They had my car for 2 months when they we're doing warranty work, I brought it back for an additional month as mistakes were made. My exhaust was not lined up with my car and it was slamming into the underside of the car. Filters were written on paper as changed, however the old filter would still be in the car. I had similar issues with my previous car as well. The car came with damage supposed to be fixed by the dealer, but they wanted the cheapest way to get around it and never fixed it. I brought my vcar back to return it two months later as the transmission was going on the truck shortly after my $11,700 purchase. Most recently someone took my car to get gas and hit the curb and took a piece out of my rim. My car door retains water and the battery in my car began to die after the second year of owning the car. The only employee who was kind and thoughtful was rob. I would not recommend this dealer, they enter one person as driving your car when in actuality you don't really know who moved it. I had too many issues with the a brand new car to count. The day we began paperwork for my car it had 17 miles. I come back to purchase car two days later and it has 70 miles on it. $31,000 for a very poorly handled car. I will never get back the money I spent here and am very disappointed. Have been a loyal customer for 20 years to get treated poorly.
Best place for Service - Carforson
This is our first used car in over 30 years. We always lease.
We purchased a 2008 Lincoln MKZ, for our 17 year old son at another dealership. This dealership is much closer to home, decided or bring our car there. Had a few issues, USB, noise, and now problem with heat.
MIKE at Service is top notch...all our issues were nothing and we just needed coolant for the heat. I can't thank him enough for complete honesty and satisfaction.
THANK YOU MIKE!!!
The worst - tappantech
You know that age old saying that car salesmen are sleazy and dishonest? Ever wonder if it's true or just a myth? Head down to Rye Ford to put that theory to bed, you'll find out its true in spades at Rye Ford. These guys called me to accept an offer that I placed on a car, and said they'd call me back in 5 minutes to get my deposit. Never called back. Two days later, I called and they said they're ready to move forward and will call me back to get my credit card. They called back this time, but to tell me that they've decided to sell the car to someone else instead (a friend of the owner I was told). Wasted my time, from the first visit to their showroom up until the last call regarding the sale to someone else. Avoid this dealer if you can, they're about as useless as they come.
Above and Beyond Service - kellyannod88
I've had a lot of bad experiences at Ford dealers ever since I purchased my '17 Fusion Sport. I went to the Pleasantville Ford as a last ditch effort to save the car before I just returned it to buy a Chevy instead.
Lenny and Wayne at the Service desk are friendly and prompt. They listen to the issue and try to find a resolution. They ended up involving Tom, the service manager - who absolutely went above and beyond to find the parts I needed - even though other dealer's service centers had told me they were unavailable for my model or backordered). He personally called me and kept me up to date on everything. (I had other service managers from other locations tell me my car didn't come with the parts I was asking for, so they couldn't be bothered.)
When I brought the car in, it was looked at immediately. John at the service desk was quick and friendly and knew everything about why I was bringing it in - even though I had never spoken with him before.
Anything they couldn't fix due to other parts actually being backordered - they didn't charge me the labor fees because they couldn't fix everything at the time.
I'm still frustrated with Ford as a company for everything surrounding this car. I don't believe new models should be launched/sold until the kinks are worked out and the parts for any necessary repairs are readily available. But the service center at Pleasantville is great - and renewed my trust in a company I was ready to walk away from.

Dealership looking for money - alex.alicea.146
Let me start off by saying that im not usto writti g reviews and think theres good in everyone. With that i have purchased 3 cars in my life. This was the first time i bought from scarsdale ford hoping for a similar experience to what ive had with honda dealerships. Me and my 55 year old mom went in and met a sales person by the name of Joe tarrantino. He was very nice to talk to and the sale was pleasant . This in fact is my concern. I feel like he tricked me by seemeingly being nice and lied to me. I leased a new car and he explained everything to me. The issue i have is that he told me that he would lower the price pf my down payment and i thought that was great , but what i didnt know was that he chatged me the deduction of my plates and i would have to pay it later on. He told me i would owe between 50 to 75 dollars for the plates. Its turned out to be over 400. I ended up getting 2 tickets for 135 rqch because i was trying to explain to Joe what he had promised. After speaking to the manager he had joes back and basically after they had my money i was screwed. I really wish i didnt buy this car from them. My last dealer gave me free mats and even oil changes on the house. Scarsdale ford is very direct and is only looking for money. Dont buy here!!!!
Service - Thelma
Smith Cairns returned my car from their service department damaged and denied responsibility. Their service representative lied to protect her staff who are incompetent of honesty. The owner of Smith Cairns although listened to my complaint of their Service Department did nothing to rectify the situation and had no problem with losing an account. This place used to be bustling with business and now is starving for the next unsuspecting innocent customer. They are terrible; there are plenty of complaints against everyone there. Therefore if you have to go to Smith Cairns Yonkers Service make sure you record your conversations, take pictures of your car before service and after service while on their premises; get a copy of the service order before leaving and then compare to the final service order. They make serious mistakes and take no responsibility for it.

My experience at DiBlasi was excellent. This was the... - liamoflynn
My experience at DiBlasi was excellent. This was the fist new car for my wife and I, and Eddie explained everything in detail and helped to make the deal worthwhile for us. We even asked to test drive the car to our house to make sure it fit in our garage, which was no hassle to the dealership. On our way back, my wife (being not too familiar with driving larger suv's) unfortunately scratched the back left door and it was taken care of at no additional cost to us. Eddie was extremely friendly and we were happy to be his first deal at DiBlasi.

My experience at Ford in Paramus was nothing less than stellar. From the moment I entered the building I was welcomed and attended to.
