Smooth, Easy and Very Satisfied - justenough
I don't have any patience for pushy salespeople or no help around and wasting my time. I walked out of at least 4 dealerships for those reasons and found myself at Hempstead Ford. I had the best experience I've ever had buying a car. It helps when you know what you want and Stan was extremely helpful. He was courteous, personable and very knowledgeable. Stan went over everything I needed to know about this car and had it set up to go when I picked it up. He understood what I wanted, took care of any concerns and all the paperwork was very organized and ready when I picked up the car. Very pleasant experience, HIGHLY recommend this dealership and Stan. I will certainly be back and recommend him to all my friends. Thank you Stan, Oh, and I LOVE my new car!
It doesn't get better !! - Phil Popper
In fifty years of buying cars I've never had a better car buying experience. John Fanuzzi is the consummate gentleman on top of being the most knowledgeable professional I've ever met. It's a pleasure to purchase a car and know that you've been treated honestly and fairly and be confident that you've received that best price possible. This was my second transaction with John and I will never buy a car anywhere else !
Great salesman! - Melee1
I have just purchased yet another car from Larry Laspisa from Ford of Smithtown. As usual Larry was patient and knowledgeable, as he has been for the last several years, helping my family and I find the perfect car and the absolute best deal. If you are looking for a Ford, Lincoln , or used car, make sure you ask for Larry!!
Excellent Customer Service and test drive - Agentsmith631
Vincent Visceglia was very helpful and prompt. He immediately came to assist us with searching for the Mustang GT we were looking for. He was honest and gave us the details and information we were looking for. We are shopping for this car and will be returning to this dealership to negotiate. I have been to several Ford dealerships and had zero success with getting ANY info on the Mustang. Vinny was knowledgeable about ALL of the cars on his lot. Thanks Vinny.
do your homework before you buy from this dealer - David Marshall
I purchased a used 2014 lincoln mkz that was supposed to be a "cream puff" with 24000 mile, also advertised as a "certified',so I negotiated the price and then I was told it wont be cerified because I did not purchase at the adverised price.Right away I should have seen the red flag, but I was impressed with the car.i had the car for two weeks and the paint was peeling on the door of the car, they said they would take care of it,which they did, now the paint on the other door is peeling,so I brought the car to a body shop, they told me the car was in some sort of accident and it was repainted, and the dealer should have known this.I also talked with another Lincoln dealer and they told me that this car could have never been cerified, because once ford certifies a car it cannot be withdrawn..
I have two clean carfaxes, one is from the dealer, and it shows the dealer advertised this car as certified!
Donot buy any used car from these clowns without doing a check with your mech and body shops
Brought car in to check overheating problem and get oil chan - Unhappy explorer
Worst service department I ever had to deal with. Only reason I keep coming here is that the technicians are good .But the people at the service counter do not do their job. Always have attitude when I go there. I bought the car here New so I figured they should do the work and have all the records. My mistake. Will never make it again.
TERRIBLE dealership avoid like the plague - yourmother
Had my 2014 F 150 rear axle replaced by there service department on 10/17/2016, had to take it back to them on 12/1/2016 because all the dash board lights were lit up and the rear axle was making a really bad noise. I asked them to just look and see if it was safe to drive and they said they were to busy and i need to leave it. I didnt ask for a repair, I asked for them to look at it to see if it was safe to drive. I had to take it to Huntington Ford where they looked at it and said it was very dangerous to drive and Ford of smithtown may have installed the wrong axle! I had to rent a ford focus on my own credit card because all of there loner vehicles were out. Today is 12/13/2016 and Huntington Ford has informed me that the parts are on back order and they dont know when they can get the parts! So know I am stuck in a roller skate size car for god knows how long. I spoke to Anthony, 1 of the managers at Ford of Smihtown, I asked him to purchase my truck back due to the extensive damage caused by there repair shop, and he offered me a 2016 F 150 for $641.84 per month for 84 months! 84 months! yes, 84 months! He offered this to me while laughing and saying "we will never eat this" What a stellar human being this "manager" Anthony is! Great company rep. So here I am, in a roller skate of a rental car that had to be a ford product if I wanted to try to be reimbursed by Ford for god knows how long, with a truck that I have to keep paying for that may be fixed in a month or 2, and will probably never drive correct again due to there 'certified technician"! I bought 7 cars from them and my father bought 4 cars. 11 cars later and they dont care about me, my family safety or my problem that was caused by them. STAY away people. VERY bad people here.
Quite simply, they lie. I leased a car from them, leased... - disgustedcustomer
Quite simply, they lie. I leased a car from them, leased another car and just bought it out. I was told that I could purchase a powertrain warranty for $295 at the time of my buyout. I wanted to discuss with someone else and asked if I could get back to him (Tony). I decided to purchase the warranty approximately 10 days later. I called Tony to see if it was still available and he checked with his boss Tommy and I was told yes they would do it. I was told to come in the next day and meet with Marie. I arrived at the dealership and sat down with Maria who proceeded to tell me that because I didn't purchase it at the time of buyout that they would have to do a 125 point inspection at my additional cost of $385. I was NEVER told that. I was told that I could make a decision after buyout date but don't wait to long. I called to check if the purchase opportunity was still available and was told it was. Then like the sneaky sly group they are, they tried to force me into an additional $385 cost. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. I ADVISE ANYONE LOOKING FOR A LINCOLN OR A NEW CAR, GO ELSEWHERE!!
