I purchased a used Honda Insight from this dealer a little over a month ago. I had been shopping around and was really fed up with the way dealers generally treat people - skirting around added fees and such. It felt more and more like walking into a dealership was like walking into a shark tank. Not here, though. No bull***t, no hassle, I purchased the car at the actual price it was listed for, the only extra charge was tax (which is to be expected). No hidden fees no scams about "internet prices," I was incredibly pleased with these guys. Someone at the dealership also mistakenly registered my car (I had wanted to transfer my registration from my old car,) and the manager didn't charge me because it was their mistake. Overall great car buying experience. Genuinely friendly salesmen who don't seem to be trying to trick you or take you for all your worth. They want to make a good name for their dealership and so far they are. Highly reccomend them!

My sales experience with Cesar Reinoso was fantastic. He was proactive to call me first and follow up in a very friendly way. He was open in discussing the pros and cons of each model and trim. He tried to understand my needs and didn't try to push me any car. I felt he was trustworthy and a genuinely good person with great knowledge. I would recommend him in a heart beat to anyone interested in a Mazda car.

Terrible experience. It took me 6 months to get my permanent registration because the owner of the dealership was having a fight with the dealership's supplier, and the papers needed to process my registration were being witheld. Corporate headquarters would not get involved. The dealer kept issuing me temp registrations to put in my windshield, which actually was illegal. I finally had to file a complaint against the dealership with the DMV, who advised me that there were other customers who had the same problem. They intervened and I finally received my registration, but it was a big hassel. No one from the dealership ever apologized. They also never let me know why it was taking so long until I finally went there in person and made a fuss about not having received it. FYI, the owner of the dealership had another dealership where the same thing happened and it's since gone out of business.
