Just leased my fourth Mazda, same salesman. By now a number of the staff knows me to the extent that they can know a customer. This dealership has a friendly and knowledgeable staff. They provide nearly zero pressure and will respond to any questions you may have. Though I did not have personal contact with Joe Stella I know he's up on everything that goes on in his shop. In addition I got to meet with Vin Vergara, the owner, who was pleasant as could be and I verbalized to him what I thought. All good.

I came to Huntington Mazda as a first time customer and was incredibly satisfied with my experience there. My sales representative, Rolando, was the absolute kindest. He answered any questions I had in regards to my first time leasing. Any question he did not know the answer to he was able to find for me. The finance department was also very welcoming. Francesca made the process simple, the way it should be. Overall I would highly recommend Huntington Mazda, especially to other military personnel!

I was extremely impressed! Started with my phone called to schedule my service, the representative was very happy and pleasant and very accommodating. Once I arrived to the location I was greeted with a warm smile any warm welcome on this freezing day. I was invited in from the cold while Lisa Johnson inspected my CX 5 I came in to fix the center consul and ended up doing and oil change and tire rotation she invited me to have coffee and donuts in the waiting room. We spoke for a few minutes and I am so glad I came here she is by far an asset to the company. I also had the opportunity to observe the rest of the staff everyone was so happy and miss Mrs. Lisa Johnson was extremely knowledgeable on my vehicle along with the recalls. I work in the customer service industry and one of the leaders in accommodating the customers by far the entire staff here is amazing to my standards which are very high! Very impressed

Very honest. I was treated with respect and they didn't make me feel hustled. Chris was the salesman I worked with. He was patient and informative and honest. I left the dealer feeling accomplished and I think I'll continue to come back in the future. Highly recommend if you are looking for a Mazda.
CX-5 2017 Grand Touring - tucker
Recently, my family and I have decided to purchase the Grand Touring CX-5 2017. It was an absolute pleasure speaking with Stephen and Kevin. They were extraordinarily patient and friendly. Also, they were very informative with all the cars. Initially, we were intimidated since it was our first time in Mazda; however, they were incredibly congenial and made us feel very welcomed. Overall, Kevin and Stephen made our experience to be very memorable and enjoyable. We will definitely recommend Mazda's cars and service, particularly Kevin and Stephen, to our friends.

Zak went above and beyond to make this whole experience quick and easy! He stuck to his word, never lied or pressured me and understood where I was coming from. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and answered all my questions to put me at ease. He never lost his sense of humor and always kept his professionalism. The final price was exactly as negotiated (no last-minute surprises.)

Had a flat tire! Brought it to Mavis and they couldn't find the leak! Were going to charge me $200 for new tire! Mazda found the leak and patched it up and sent me on my way!

Terrible experience. It took me 6 months to get my permanent registration because the owner of the dealership was having a fight with the dealership's supplier, and the papers needed to process my registration were being witheld. Corporate headquarters would not get involved. The dealer kept issuing me temp registrations to put in my windshield, which actually was illegal. I finally had to file a complaint against the dealership with the DMV, who advised me that there were other customers who had the same problem. They intervened and I finally received my registration, but it was a big hassel. No one from the dealership ever apologized. They also never let me know why it was taking so long until I finally went there in person and made a fuss about not having received it. FYI, the owner of the dealership had another dealership where the same thing happened and it's since gone out of business.
