I had a Toyota remote starter put in and they are JUNK. It does not work as good as an after market one.They will not replace it. $469 lost. Stay away from this dealer.

I had took my vehicle for body damage and the radiator was damaged. They took 3 weeks to fix the problem only it wasn't fixed. After about a month I noticed my vehicle overheating, so I pulled over to let it cool down. I took back the next morning and received at call later that day explaining that it was only air in my lines and that everything was fine, no problems. After driving for 6 months I took my vehicle in to have oil changed into a different business and explained about the overheating issue, they looked it over and advised that there was a leak in the radiator area. I immediately took back to Jack Sherman and they advised it was a defect in the part. Wow! why didn't they notice this from the beginning? Then I got another call advising they would need to keep the vehicle that they order more parts! More parts? I spoke with Scott manager over service and explained that over the last several months of driving the car could have caused more damage to the vehicle such as head gaskets blown, motor freezing up, pistons not functioning correctly and was told that they (Jack Sherman) could not be responsible for future issues such as what I was talking about. They wanted to pawn the problem on the insurance company for paying for a refurbished part. I explained that it was not the insurance problem that they don't do the work. The lack of incompetence in there judgement of parts that fit a vehicle was amazingly disturbing. After the 3rd time of taking the vehicle in for servicing I called my insurance company and they will not pay Jack Sherman anymore against this claim and I am free to take my vehicle to another company to have serviced. I would not recommend Jack Sherman for any service issues. I would hope that a purchase would be a much better experience, but don't count on that!

Bought a Tacoma comning off a lease. Truck had some problems, but the Sales team + the Service Team worked very hard to resolve them, all through warranty. Took several tries to resolve one problem, but they kept their positive and helpful attitudes and finally located + solved the problem in the truck's rear. The whole group here is awesome, well-trained and responsive.
