Painless buying experience - Evaluation1
I had no intention of buying a car the day I went to MotorWorld, strictly shopping, I had not yet completed my research on pricing! The salesman, Mike Williams, was exceptional, low key and no high pressure sales tactics. The sales manager (Jay Thomas) and business office staff (Gregg Passon)were equally exceptional, i.e., competent, efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. The sales price proposed by Jay seemed very reasonable based upon the limited research that I had done, so I accepted the offer. In order to clinch the deal, however, Jay had the car washed and cleaned as the pollen and road dust were detracting from the vehicle's appearance. Seeing the car cleaned up was a deal maker. In addition, I did some additional price research and the price offered by Jay was very reasonable. When I picked up the car, the salesman, Mike Williams, explained the features of the vehicle and answered all of the questions that my wife and I had. I was very pleased with the entire experience and would definitely do business with MotorWorld again.

Toyota of Scranton is BY FAR the best dealership I have dealt with! I had been to Motor World previously, which was essentially a waste of time, Toyota of Scranton is better priced, better staff, and an all around more enjoyable car buying experience. The staff at Toyota of Scranton are AMAZING and helped me with everything from the time I began to inquire about a new vehicle. The place is clean and comfortable and the Dunkin Donuts inside makes any waiting much more enjoyable. DEFINITELY come check them out!!

Customer Service Rep answered all my questions and concerns. I was never pressured. Explained all the safety features of the vehicle. I am a repeat customer, having bought a new Camry from this dealer in 2008.
Rude Staff, Bad Service - rav4hater
I had a Toyota remote starter put in and they are JUNK. It does not work as good as an after market one.They will not replace it. $469 lost. Stay away from this dealer.

I would like to thank Brad Rutter my salesman from Jack Sherman Toyota. Thanks to him I had the best car buying experience I have ever had. They were more than fair on my trade value and gave me more than I could have ever expected. Brad was happy, smiling and friendly. He was through in showing me all the options and even set my Navigation System, my garage door remote and my cellphone.
I have always purchased cars from my local dealerships; not anymore. I am a true Jack Sherman Toyota customer for life and refer all my friends and family to the dealership. The showroom, offices and even garage were upscale, very clean and beautiful.
I was able to bring my new 2017 4Runner home the same afternoon.

Bought a Tacoma comning off a lease. Truck had some problems, but the Sales team + the Service Team worked very hard to resolve them, all through warranty. Took several tries to resolve one problem, but they kept their positive and helpful attitudes and finally located + solved the problem in the truck's rear. The whole group here is awesome, well-trained and responsive.
