My Jeep renegade has lots of problems so I took it in for them to get fixed. All they did was mark and say they couldn't duplicate them. They didn't even test drive it the miles in matched the miles out. They tightened the luggage rails and dented the roof also but once again they are saying it wasn't them. The Jeep is 2 months old and has 3000 miles on it. Do not go here for repairs they don't know what to do or they don't do anything at all.

Not only did our sales person (Jessica ) lie to us about what your "warranty" covers, but about what the shop was willing to fix before we bought it. The truck we were interested in had a few minor issues when we took the test drive, and we were told "sure thing they'll fix this". Then when filing the paper work the milage was wrong (10000 miles off) we were told they would fix it, and again they didn't. When we bought it with those assurances, and set up an appointment to fix the minor problems. After leaving and getting the truck out of Starke and up to speed it shook so bad it was almost uncontrollable. My husband showed up for the appointment and basically had to fight to get the other problems fixed. They "fixed" them alright, when we got it home there were MORE problems than when we sent it and the original problems we're still there. The airbag light is on, we were told the first time it was a pin connector under the passenger seat and they fixed it, by the time we got home is was on again. The "brand new rims and tires" we're replaced to get rid of the shaking with old rims that have pitting and corrosion, and they busted the plastic wheel well insert and told us their detailer confirmed it was like that when we bought it because he specifically remembered it (it was never detailed, just run through the car wash) and their mechanic couldn't remember if it was broke. The ignition has trouble turning over, and the general manager Joe saw this in person when he went in a test drive with my husband. Almost a month later and we have had the truck a total of five days, my husband picked his truck up for the fourth time, and the general manager has informed him if the problems arise again they will not fix them. This place is a joke and I sincerely wish someone would have given me the warning to read the reviews on this place

My van left me on the side of the road for 4 hours in 100 degrees temperature. Would not start. 966 miles on it Now the engine light is on when you turn it off and take the key out the engine keeps running. I don't trust the van. I want a new one or my money back. I don't know who I should talk to but it will be high up because I'm 70 years old and got a new car so I would be safe and almost had a heat stroke and my friend who is also 70 years old did have a heat stroke. So someone should pay for this

Can't say enough about the nice way we were treated during our recent car buying experience here at Sunbelt. We drove down from Illinois, yes you read that correctly, to buy the car we found on the internet. It was still available when we arrived and within 45 minutes it was ours. We've bought many cars over the years and always dreaded the process, so imagine how pleased we were that our salesman, Bill Huggins was so pleasant and professional to deal with. Thanks again, Bill. If we lived in the area, we'd definitely have the car serviced at this dealership with no hesitation.
