My mother took her car in for service Wednesday 4-26-17, service adviser came out and told her she had a nail in her sidewall of her tire and it was not repairable she would need a new set of tires. He priced her a new set, but she called to ask me what she needed to do, I told her to take a picture of the nail and send it to me. Not common to get a nail in a side wall of a tire. She ask to see the nail, they took her out to her car it was already in the pickup "finished" line to be picked up ready to go. Told her they pulled the nail out????? Usually if you do that then all the air comes out.... HUMMMMMMM the tire did had a white mark she took a picture of and sent to me but no nail. Sound fishy.... so she has tire air pressure monitors on her Camry so I told her to drive it home. If she had a problem on the way to call me and I would come and get her. Well guess what no problems, I check tire with I magnifying glass, no signs of any "roofing nail" nothing at all. Tire has lost no air in 3 days. I can't believe there are such dishonest people in this world. Not only did Toyota of Bowling Green lose her as a customer they also lose the entire family. Six Toyota cars and trucks have been purchased and serviced at Gary Force Toyota through our family but not any more.... Stumbo's sure are not like "Gary Force" of the past......... Such a shame. To be dishonest and try to sell an 76 year old woman something she did not need just to make a profit.

My experience was over all great! My service consultant John Emerson was friendly and knowledgeable. The wait was drastically less than I thought it would be. The waiting area was super nice and comfy. I would definitely recommend having services done at this dealership.

Started on the internet with Montoyo Bolden on one car, and I changed my mind about that. Montoyo made a very pleasant phone call and we set up a meeting. The email helped me get and idea that a deal could be made. Montoyo was willing to show every car in the inventory. My wife and I soon settled on one car and the deal was on. The Financial Manger, J. J. Was very through and friendly. We soon came to the end of the paperwork. The car was well explained and cleaned and filled with gas. Off we went, and the day after I have no remorse for our purchase. Will be happy to recommend others to visit Beamon Toyota.
Horrible Alignment - Danny Foust
Went for just a oil change, they told me I needed an alignment, so I went ahead and did it worst alignment ever wore the outside of the tires out fast, also after alignment started hearing a popping noise on driver's side front. Thier main concern is trying to sell tires, not help you with what you have.

I had my Sequoia serviced today and was very pleased. A couple of problems were found, explained to me, and then fixed. Noi explained that extra time was needed so he shuttled my friends and me to a restaurant so that we would not be kept waiting at the dealership. I have always been pleased with the maintenance that I have requested and also with the friendliness of the people who have helped me.
