Zack Allen met with us at 11:00 AM and I drove off with my brand new 2017 Toyota Corolla at 4:30 PM! This was my first car-buying experience from a dealership and I was weary of pushy sales people. Zach was very patient and worked with me to get something in my price range (and color I was looking for) and answered all my questions to help me feel at ease during the car-buying experience. This is the first time I have bought a Toyota but I will definitely recommend this place to others.

Not happy with Sales Team - Ed.fritsch
I bought a car 6 months ago from their used car lot for approximately $19,000. Thought we would look into buying a new vehicle and found one we liked. After getting a trade in price of $8500, I was pretty upset at how low it was compared to what we paid for it. I understand companies making money but that shows they are only in the business for what they can make from you today. They are not in business to make long term customers. My advice to you is to not buy used from them or trade anything you have in to them. That is highway robbery at its best!
Charged more than estimate for diagnostics - mcbryde.richard
The "check engine" light came on my 2013 Rav4 on 3/18/17. I was told that it would be a $100 plus tax charge to diagnose the cause and that I would be notified if different. Luckily, it was a loose gas cap. I was charge $105 for for the diagnostics, 15.75 for supplies and sales taxes for a total of $131.92. The gas cap was not replaced, just tightened,

I went to buy one of the pre owned and I bought it but they promise me some add ons they gave nothing
I will never ever buy anything from them again. Lesson learned!
