My purchase of a new Rav4 came after my 14 year previous experience with a Rav4 purchased from Toyoto of Bowling Green. I had been very happy with my 2003 Rav4, but it was time for a new one. I did do some comparison shopping but decided to stay with a Rav.
Freddie Williams was very patient and thoroughly explained the features of the new one.
However, although there are a lot of nice new features on the 2017 model, the dealbreaker for me was the same as with my first---the cargo space is wonderful, and even larger on the 2017. I hope that feature will not change in the future because it adds much to the versatility of the car

I bought a 2015 Toyota Tundra from Toyota of Rivergate. When it came time for my first oil change and tire rotation (3 months from purchase) I could not get my tires rotated due to there was no wheel lock. It was also noted the there was no jack in the truck. I went in and spoke with the used sale manager and he said this was above his pay grade and he sent me to speak with the customer relations manager. I simply asked if at the least he could provide me with the $8 wheel lock so I could rotate my tires. He said the best he could do is rotate my tires for me and I could purchase the wheel lock. He also said that he could do nothing about the jack as someone may have taken it out after I purchased the vehicle.
Bottom line is an $8 part and the lack of customer service just cost them any future business. I would warn any customer purchasing from Toyota of Rivergate to ensure everything is in the vehicle before you pull off the lot.

I have only had experience with the service department at this dealership. Their employees and the service provided are exceptional. My vehicle was taken in at my appointment time and was returned at the estimated time.
Not happy with Sales Team - Ed.fritsch
I bought a car 6 months ago from their used car lot for approximately $19,000. Thought we would look into buying a new vehicle and found one we liked. After getting a trade in price of $8500, I was pretty upset at how low it was compared to what we paid for it. I understand companies making money but that shows they are only in the business for what they can make from you today. They are not in business to make long term customers. My advice to you is to not buy used from them or trade anything you have in to them. That is highway robbery at its best!

Started on the internet with Montoyo Bolden on one car, and I changed my mind about that. Montoyo made a very pleasant phone call and we set up a meeting. The email helped me get and idea that a deal could be made. Montoyo was willing to show every car in the inventory. My wife and I soon settled on one car and the deal was on. The Financial Manger, J. J. Was very through and friendly. We soon came to the end of the paperwork. The car was well explained and cleaned and filled with gas. Off we went, and the day after I have no remorse for our purchase. Will be happy to recommend others to visit Beamon Toyota.

I went to buy one of the pre owned and I bought it but they promise me some add ons they gave nothing
I will never ever buy anything from them again. Lesson learned!
