I did not have an appointment, but I stopped in on a Wednesday around 1 pm to see if I could get my oil changed. I was very promptly & courteously addressed with a positive response. I was told it would probably take about an hour. I went in to the very tidy waiting room & pulled out a book to read while waiting. In no time at all my car was ready -- the oil changed and the tires rotated. How great was that -- in & out in no time --- beating the afternoon traffic home.

I had been researching KIA vehicles for months. They scored one of the highest among consumers ratings. I was very interested in the 10/100,000 and reliability was my biggest factor. My salesperson was Mike S. He listened to what I wanted and showed me several vehicles that fit my requests. Mike then worked out several scenarios as far as used versus new and payment plans. There was no pressure ever! After making a few negotiations, I decided on the 2017 Kia Forte. It actually had a few upgrades and the price was incredibly reasonable and worked for my budget.This is my first new car in 30 years and Mike made it a very enjoyable experience. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Brought a brand new 2015 Forte, I had a few credit issues but I was told by multiple SALES MANAGERS that if I kept the payments up on the car 12-24 months they could easily trade me into a newer KIA, put no money doen and lower my payments. Well after 24 months of perfect on time payments, a huge improvement in my credit scores, they tell me the best they can do is if I put $2500 down my payments will still jump over $125 a month because my car is o my worth half what I owe on it... I was lied to just so they could sell a car.. Avoid this dealer and KIA....
