Told car was perfect - radams113
After several calls to Wolfchase Honda about a 2014 used Honda CRV, was told by sales manger that the car was perfect. We drove over 200 miles one way to find a wreck car. Sales manger didn't bother to look at the report from service deptment that plainly stated there was damage to right front of car.The salesman that showed us the car was apologetic, strange thing he said he had been working there several years , but didn't know how to get to lnterstate which is less than a 1/2 mile from dealership. Sales manger kept talking about their Certified cars ,what a crock. Certified means nothing when you when you are selling wrecked cars all the while telling you they are certified. This may be a family owned business ,but if I was the owner I would be finding out what the men in charge are doing when I'm not there. It sad to misrepresent car to try to make a sale,let alone have people to drive over 400 miles for nothing. I will not be telling people to shop at Wolfchase Honda, I thought the days of shady car dealers were long gone but it's still buyer beware.

This is my third Honda lease. The first lease was from Honda Wolfchase. Though, a good vehicle, I have found that nothing compares to the knowledge, and customer service provided at AutoNation Honda Mendenhall. My second Honda lease started at Wolfchase Honda, but I was disgusted by the arrogance and lack of customer care that I was provided at Wolfchase. I knew without a doubt that if I took the deal being offered, I was to be extremely ripped off. The salesperson was disrespectful and I said that I would like to first look at Dobbs. I never returned and now this is my second lease with Dobbs Honda, now AutoNation Honda Mendenhall. Upon walking in, I was immediately greeted by the front receptionist, a very warm woman who tried to determine who to call for so as to best take care of my needs. Shannon Bartlett happened to walk to the front and though in the middle of something, he immediately tended to my needs, determining what it was I was looking for. He then introduced me to Jeremy Hibbler and Billy who, in addition to Shannon, and in different ways made this experience wonderful.
Jeremy Hibbler, apparently relatively new, was both warm upon introduction as well as extremely knowledgeable. He patiently took me around the car lot and made a huge effort to find the the car that was the best fit for me. What I especially appreciated was his sincerity and concern to do the job right. He answered my questions as they came up, and if unaware of the answer, he knew where to obtain the answer. He has since called to check up on me, and if I need anything whatsoever.
Right to the end of the sale, I was taken aback by each of these individuals' efforts to make my experience smooth and even exciting. I recommend AutoNation Honda over Wolfchase any day, and even further I recommend visiting with either Shannon Bartlett, Jeremy Hibbler or Billy as the customer service I received was outstanding, the car I purchased incredibly safe and reliable.
