This is the 3rd time that I visit Jose at Toyota of Naperville and I am extremely happy once again. Jose is such a great guy, laid back, easy to talk to, but most importantly HONEST. That is one quality that is difficult to find in a car salesman in a highly competitive business but his honesty is why I continue to do business with him. I visited this location to purchase a new Camry. I arrived 5 minutes before they were about to close, and they still invited me in, grabbed the model I wanted to test drive, and then allowed me to test drive it for about a half hour. John Evans (Sales Manager), Peter (Sales Rep) and Vashil (Sales Rep) all made the experience outstanding! Not only were they very down to earth, they were also very honest, not pushy, answered all my questions and extremely professional, which led to me purchasing my vehicle from them. The whole process was very easy, and the location is so nice and welcoming that any person who visits it will be more than satisfied with it's presentation of vehicles.
Overall, my experience was outstanding! I thank John, Peter and Vashil for the outstanding experience!

STAN the MAN. Every-time I call in for Stan he is always there to not only make the transaction smooth and easy but also makes you feel like a good personal friend. It really is great that you feel easily comfortable doing business when purchasing OEM parts here. Ever since I made my Toyota Supra purchase last year I felt he has been with me through the entire restoration process. Not only does he have great knowledge with these parts he always leaves the customer smiling when it comes to service.

I love having my Toyota serviced here! Brian Roffer is a fantastic Service Advisor. I highly recommend going to see him. I took my car in for the standard 55,000 mile check up and told them I was going on a 1,500 mile road trip. Brian helped me determine what I absolutely needed done and what could wait. I ended up getting all the work done, which would take about 4 hours. They gave me a loaner for the next day, washed my car, and had it ready so that I could pick it up after work.

Saturday service - Toyota fan
My maintenance light went in and I was in the area of the dealership on Saturday. I stopped in without appointment and thomas was quick to greet me and ask if he could help. I asked if they could help me, he checked and asked if I had 45 minutes to wait. They got it in,checked it over reviewed the inspections and washed it in the 45 minutes he stated. About as quick as I could image for oil change and tire rotation without notice. I would suggest trying his service team out. He was very courteous to us.

I can't compliment my sales rep Mr Paul Barnes enough with his professionalism, knowledge and most importantly his genuine attitude in ensuring that the customer is well informed about the product as well as the various options available in choosing the right vehicle. He took his time in explaining and showing me how to work the various high tech features. I'm also very appreciative with the fact that after purchasing the vehicle, he assured me his continued service and assistance whenever needed.

Warning DO NOT USE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT !!!! Take your vehicle to another dealer.
I called to schedule a recall repair on a Friday. I was told that they had to order parts and scheduled me to bring in the car on the following Monday morning. I brought the car in and was told it would be 1 to 2 hours for the repair. I said I would wait. An hour later I was told that they didn't have the parts, that they did not get delivery of parts until Tuesday and was offered a loaner car.
Why did it take them an hour to figure out they didn't have the parts for the scheduled work???
This is not the first time I have had a problem with the service department at Pauly. The last time was back about 2004 or 2005. I had just bought a used Corolla from them. After bringing the car in four times for the same check engine light issue, and having them not repair the car, I gave up and went to another dealer. After a week of work at Schaumberg Toyota they fixed it.
I thought that by now they might have straighten things out but that seems not to be the case.
Do your self a favor and go elsewhere if you have service needs from a Toyota dealer.

I shopped at this dealer with two of my grown kids to serve as sounding on three different occasions in the past when they bought Toyotas from this dealer. The salesman, a former school teacher was great. Unfortunately, he is no longer in car sales
So I was referred on the phone to a different sales person, Lindsey. She was pleasant enough, but she turned me over this afternoon to a Sales Manager. I explained to him how are family had purchased three Toyotas from this dealer. I asked him if I came in would they offer the Costco suggested price
even though they are not a Costco dealer.
He proceeded to get so rude with me and said their dealership never discusses price over the phone. I am fine with the policy, but there was no reason to get so rude I definitely will purchase a new Highlander and definitely from another dealer

They are liars, they will say anything for money. I went to service my Toyota Camry 2010 with 84000 miles car, all of the sudden it started to behave weirdly and caused some noise. With no other options let i have to go to a Toyota Dealer. They initially told it was a misfire and coil was bad and has to replace it and the cost was 625$, after 2 hours they called me back there is a problem with engine and they need to rip off engine and it would be around 1500$ to do that. Next day I called them and they told it would be 4000$ and yesterday they said it will be 6000$. I asked what is the real quotation, how much will it really for parts and service. The part is 900$ and service is 5000$. Even to get back the car as is condition they asked me like 2000$. When i asked if they are ready to take the car they said there is 2 accidents in your car history and we can take it only for 1500$ though i had only one. They said the first one had a serious issue with airbag deployed etc.. I bought the car for 15000$ from a trusted seller. I was shocked to hear that so i went in person. When i ask them to show the accident history, they weren't able to find the one, I was able to see only one accident history in it as expected. They refuse to give my car back in as is condition without paying money, they didn't reduce the money too. They said if i need to get the car as is I need to pay 2000$. I don't want to pay to another dealer another 4000$ to rip off the engine and fix it. I was cornered and put in this situation. After an hour talking they reduced and accept to pay for 4000$.
Please never go to this place.
