He is respectful, honest, and kind to me. He welcomes me like family when I bring my car in for its regular maintenance. He explains everything to me. He is an asset to Toyota and Bredemann. My plan is to continue to deal only with Bredemann, and I hope Richard will always be there for me.

Nice newer dealership with great selection of new Toyotas. Starting with Andrea McNamara in internet sales sending me a great price on the exact car i wanted and directing me to a salesperson. Salesperson Joe Volturo made the auto buying experience easy and stress free. He showed me he car I was interested in and when I came back and changed to a upgraded model he was easy to work with and took great care of and on top of the whole sales experience. GM of sales Tim Thorn was easy to deal with never pressured me in any way to buy car, he was interested in my needs for the car and what i wantred. Finance Manageer Mark Doerge made the financing part of the buying experience smooth and comfortable. He never forced the sale of any extras on me, only what i asked about, but carefully explained them and let me make a decision. Last but not least Kristina Platos, receptionist/greeter was a warm friendly smiling face that made walking into the dealer comfortable every time i walked in. I would highly recommend Continental Toyota to anyone interested in buying a Toyota.

I like how the service advisor reviewed with me different options on how to best service my vehicle. I went in expecting to pay around $200 for the 25,000 mile service (which the automated email said I needed) and found that I did need this at all. Lombard Toyota's service department does not high pressure you into expensive repairs. I feel more comfortable bringing my car to them for maintenance and repairs. Great Job!
Saturday service - Toyota fan
My maintenance light went in and I was in the area of the dealership on Saturday. I stopped in without appointment and thomas was quick to greet me and ask if he could help. I asked if they could help me, he checked and asked if I had 45 minutes to wait. They got it in,checked it over reviewed the inspections and washed it in the 45 minutes he stated. About as quick as I could image for oil change and tire rotation without notice. I would suggest trying his service team out. He was very courteous to us.

My husband and I went down to pauly's to get a Honda Odyssey 2005 they had just put for sale in car Gus with car fax and I called the dealer before the time they open and they called me back immediately Paul lerose contacted me emailed me the address , he was very nice we live in Milwaukee , I was very pleased with his customer service very nice fast and efficient , he took us to a waiting room , very nice let me say . And another guy told us we can sit in a movie theater waiting room for my two year old to be more confertable , he went to get Emmanuel from parts to help with the dvd🙂, very nice person as well. Nice location friendly receptionist .Thank you so much pauly I love my first family van . I'll tell my friends and family about this dealer .god bless you all .oh my !! Worst Experience, Highlander - bmac116
I had gone in as I have always purchased from here in the past, but will never go back. I was told they would match the Costco pricing, however they didn't, gave me monthly number and provided no rate and it seemed high, but after going home and crunching numbers they tried to sell me at MSRP at a 14% interest rate which was RIDICULOUS(ended up getting 4% at a different dealer @ Costco price, went with GMC over highlander as highlander has no room in 3rd row).... BUYER BEWARE, do not come here, wasn't the sales rep as much as the finance manager... Always get good service though, just will never buy from here again.
