Great Service and great product! - CollegeKid1796
Larry really enhanced my car buying experience. My family has bought 6 or 7 cars from him in all of these years and we keep going back because he's intelligent, empathetic, and will not rest until a customer finds exactly what their looking for! Larry sticks out in my mind but overall the staff was incredible!
2nd car! Can't be any happier - Rosa24
This is my second car from Bredemann and I can't be happier! Dave was amazing! Can't wait to get my next car from him!
Pawel Luszczek Gave Me A FREE MUFFIN - Vince
The best car salesman I have encountered. I have been looking for a reliable, nice, and affordable car and I was finally able to find one. I am a very indecisive person, and he was patiently giving me quotes for hours even when I would change my mind. After being there for more than 3 hours, he offered me a muffin and a pop, which was a plus. I never trusted salesmen, and it was always intimidating walking into dealerships with pushy salesmen! Only salesman I 100% recommended, and I will be going to him for my fiancé's car as well.
Exceptional Service - Nick C.
Out of the few dealerships that I've gone to, this was by far the best experience yet. Zaya was a huge help and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Any question I had, he answered. I couldn't have asked for much better customer service. Not only was Zaya great, but so was everyone else. All of the receptionists were inviting, and David and Max (whom I didn't spend too much time with) were also incredible and made me feel comfortable.
I never once felt pressured into anything or felt as though I was getting a bad deal. The prices were as good as you would find anywhere. I would highly recommend coming here if you're in need of a new car. They have a wide selection and great employees. What more do you want in a dealership?
Excellent, Fun, Enjoyable - tkomp
My experience at Continental Toyota and with Dean Rio was very enjoyable. Dean did a great job finding a car that fit all my needs including financially. The finance team provided quick and easy financing and did what they could do to make sure I was comfortable with my monthly payments. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. Dean has followed up with me several times to make sure things are going well and that I have everything I need. I would highly recommend Continental Toyota and especially Dean Rio.
Good service - Natalia
I love Toyota! Specially when you dealing with professional people. Salesman(Maher) was professional, helpful, honest, Nikola did a good job with financial side. I had a good experience buying my 3rd car from them. I recommend this Toyota dealer to my friends and family!
Great Service - TAJohnson57
I am very happy with the service. This was the first time I went in for service after just buying my Rav4 in February. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the service was very quick, I waited for the vehicle. I will always go to Elmhurst Toyota for any service and recommend them to all friends, family and strangers!
Nice people to work with, Thanks! - Dars
I got my Rav4 recently and it was nice working with Kyle and Bob from Sales. They are friendly and very professional. It's worth that I choose to visit this dealership where I got a good deal on pre-owned car. Thank you.
Great experience - whitesox521
Don't let the shotty/scary inside scare you. Ask for Raul. He went above and beyond for me making this experience a memorable one.
Excellent service - Mary McCoig
This could be a LONG review, however the short story is that Lombard Toyota went above and beyond what was necessary to close a deal that had a lot of twists and turns. I started out with a newer, younger salesman who perhaps wasn't experienced enough to handle an out of state sale I found the 4x4 online). After a lot of bungling (and we almost didn't get the vehicle) Shannon came to the rescue, managed to get everything back on track and arrange for transport. everything was fair and square, money I thought I had lost on a prior delivery date was refunded and the truck is in PERFECT condition, exactly as described. My only complaint is that we aren't geographically closer so I could use their services regularly. 10 stars if I could do it!
No pressure car buying - al26
My last experience in a dealership was nine years ago and not very pleasant. Buying a car at St. Charles Toyota was 1000 times better. Very low pressure with knowledgeable staff who gave us a great price. I would definitely recommend buying here.
The best experience you can get from Chicagoland - Oliver Pan
When you walked in the show room, you will find everyone here do care about you. They insist non-stress dealership and put your need in the first place. I have visited multiple times and they are always nice , patient . They helped me with pleasure before sales, during the sales and after sales. I definitely will buy my another car from here again.
Most Deceitful, Incompetent Dealer ever experienced - Michael T
From the first salesman to the next and the next, I found them to be deceitful, with constant failure to follow through by not returning calls and not giving the quotes they were to contact me with. After getting no responses to messages left, getting told over and over they were busy with a customer and would call back, only to either call back many days later, or not call back at all, I said to myself, forget this place. The level of incompetency and shady quotes was as bad as you could get. Then I look them up and find there are endless numbers of customers who wrote about how they were either bilked, lied to, or a host of other issues. No thanks; I wouldn't touch this dealership with a ten foot pole
ADDENDUM: I was told by Will Price, who had to go through M. Curtis, his manager, "I don't know anything about any price changing thru Costco Auto Program." His continual silence and having to ask him to answer and not be silent is not how any customer should have to deal with. And, Mr. Curtis, whom I had contacted about the lack of return calls, including leaving voice mails, from Will Price. Mr. Curtis has the nerve to tell me, after this dealership had WASTED about 2 weeks of my time, costing me about $450 on rental car charges, that "We're going to get you this car just to get rid of you, as all your complaints is going to get us audited." Then, THREE days later, two days of which there was absolutely NO communication from Mr. Price or Mr. Curtis, they start calling that they got permission from Costco to "match the price from the other dealership quote, which I'll provide the details of THAT in a review on them." How strange, when I could get either the regular Costco Auto Program Customer Service agents, or the higher level Customer Advocates nearly any day of the week, until 7pm CST. But Grossinger claimed their contact was gone before 4 pm!
One day prior, I located a dealer, not using the Costco program (they are NOT the cheapest route, if you know your stuff, and tell dealerships if they want to sell a car and can sufficiently beat the price, you can do BETTER. After locating that dealer, I dealt with them and got the car, in the color I wanted, and even the mats at NO cost.
If I had been treated right, expediently, and not rudely and continuously ignored by at least 3 of them, AND been told they could provide the car from their other facility, without the $249 mats, they would have had a sale. I would have been out the extra money I saved, but that would have been my situation, thanks to Costco's ill-devised and ill-run program. But, at Grossinger, from day ONE, it was evident that everyone I dealt with was simply greedy, with their top interest being how many sales they could make, instead of having INTEGRITY and following through with the customer who is ready to buy. They only have themselves to blame for everything that happened. They should be reimbursing me for $450 of NEEDLESS expense on a rental car, due to their negligence, inability to focus, and follow through with such basic tasks ANY car dealership and everyone of their salespersons should have, yet alone managers, like Mr. Curtis, who didn't want to bother to speak to me, and was only reached by Costco, and then Mr. Curtis tosses it back to the SAME salesman, Will Price, whose unacceptable delays, not returning calls, tellling receptionists who could see him and pne, in particular, had the human decency and empathy when told how he was handling me, was determined to and promised me she would get him on the phone; to which Price sabotaged her efforts by having someone else pick up the phone and tell me he was busy. Busy, busy, busy --- you don't continually make this excuse - you TAKE the time, even if it be 2 minutes to tell you he is very sorry, but can't speak at this moment. And there were several times when I COULD get him to answer his cell or his extension where he said this; but then NEVER followed through, and I would have to call multiple times on both cell and his dealer extension, and STILL WAIT for either a much delayed response, or NO response.
I have tried to fill in the gaps, so anyone reading this will know what they are getting themselves into with Grossinger Toyota.
No pressure! - Matt S.
My son and I went in to look at a Prius. We had been to other dealerships to look at cars, but none of them had what we were looking for and they didn't have an employee like Bob Langenberg either! He was very friendly and helpful. There was absolutely no pressure to "close a deal". It was the best car buying experience I have ever had! I would definitely recommend seeing Bob to find your next vehicle!
Took advantage of 82 year old woman - Former mechanic
My mother bought her Camry 20 years ago at this dealership and has had it serviced there ever since. Mom's battery died last week and she took it in for repair. The service tech told her the (8 year old) battery was good but her starter was bad. The car has 32K miles and looks like it just came off the showroom floor. $450 later she gets home with her new starter and in the morning it won't start. Same problem as before because it was the battery, not the starter. She took it back in and they charged her $180 for a new battery. Shame on them. Taking advantage of a helpless old woman is sinful.
Looters. - Never go to this place. - camry
They are liars, they will say anything for money. I went to service my Toyota Camry 2010 with 84000 miles car, all of the sudden it started to behave weirdly and caused some noise. With no other options let i have to go to a Toyota Dealer. They initially told it was a misfire and coil was bad and has to replace it and the cost was 625$, after 2 hours they called me back there is a problem with engine and they need to rip off engine and it would be around 1500$ to do that. Next day I called them and they told it would be 4000$ and yesterday they said it will be 6000$. I asked what is the real quotation, how much will it really for parts and service. The part is 900$ and service is 5000$. Even to get back the car as is condition they asked me like 2000$. When i asked if they are ready to take the car they said there is 2 accidents in your car history and we can take it only for 1500$ though i had only one. They said the first one had a serious issue with airbag deployed etc.. I bought the car for 15000$ from a trusted seller. I was shocked to hear that so i went in person. When i ask them to show the accident history, they weren't able to find the one, I was able to see only one accident history in it as expected. They refuse to give my car back in as is condition without paying money, they didn't reduce the money too. They said if i need to get the car as is I need to pay 2000$. I don't want to pay to another dealer another 4000$ to rip off the engine and fix it. I was cornered and put in this situation. After an hour talking they reduced and accept to pay for 4000$.
Please never go to this place.
