My recent experience reminded me why. Having just moved back to town and not established a steady income yet, I took the advice of my Salesperson Keith and their Internet Specialist Sandy - and waited a couple months until I was working and settled in.
Combined with my trade in of a 2011 Ford Fiesta that was free and clear - I was able to upgrade to a 2016 Ford Fusion, with a fair price on my trade, a low down payment, lots of rebates - and ended with a payment I was comfortable with. Larry their Finance Manager is a miracle worker.
I would never shop for a Ford anywhere else.

We were looking for a new car. Test drove 3 different models and decided on a Chrysler 300. Our salesman Levi was very pleasant and knowledgable . Drew went out of his way to find our car quickly since they didn't have the color we desired on the lot . DJ was very helpful in the finance dept.. I've purchased several vehicles at Jacksons in Sullivan over the years, loaner car is a real plus when needing work done to my vehicle, and the entire staff is friendly and pleasant to deal with .

Dealership is not at all professional or honest! Lied to me several times !!! I hesitantly bought a vehicle from them and two weeks later my trade in car is still not paid off! They told me that was my fault and I should make a payment on it and basically hung up and have ignored my messages I'm getting a lawyer! Don't buy from them !

Most ridiculous practice that I have ever seen. Went in, ran credit, came up with a number, told me that it was a done deal, brought the car home, and left my trade-in. Two days later after calling to find out when I needed to come in and sign the paperwork, my wife picked up our stuff out of our trad-in, the salesman calls and says sorry we can not meet this number. Had the vehicle for two days mind you.
They said my credit cleared and all that was left was to sign the paperwork. Now my credit takes a ding and they completely backed out of the deal. This is so unacceptable, retrain your sales staff. You don't tell a customer that everything is good to go and then wait two days to tell them its not going to work. After speaking with the manager I now understand why the sales staff is not properly trained. After speaking with others this is not the first time. #gosomewhereelse
*update - They basically begged me for my business and told me to come back in to meet my needs, another wasted trip. Dennison should have never sold to them. If you have never had the pleasure of witnessing numerous amounts of incompetence all in one small area please buy your tickets now and go visit Sam Leman Ford and ask for Jim Swigart: General Manager: 309-663-1331, he is the clown running the show.

I recently found a vehicle online and inquired about it. It took less than 30 minutes for someone to contact and get me all of the details that I asked for about the car. Two hours later I was at the dealership and when i got there all of the sales consultants were busy so I dealt with Dean Carlson. He is a fantastic Sales Manager that saw me from the beginning to the end. Very knowledgeable and very considerate. Less than an hour later I was driving my new car off the lot and headed home. That was by far the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I will definitely be back and will always refer them to my friends and family.

Experience with service personnel Geo and Doug were very friendly and customer first attitude. Both answered questions, I asked accurately and promptly. I was provided a loaner car for extended work length and contacted on work progress saving a phone call and not wasting driving miles back to the dealer.
Rick Roman Review - As good as it gets! - 987S
Mangold had a used car I was interested in, but I'm from the southeast instead of IL. I explained to Rick I'd need him to carefully talk me through the car's details as he was looking at it/walking around it. He far exceeded my expectations with his patient and detailed descriptions. He even texted me photographs of the areas he was describing. It's always a little unnerving to contemplate buying a car over an extreme distance like this, but a salesperson like Rick makes all the difference. I didn't end up purchasing the car just because it wasn't up to the collector condition I was looking for. I can't say enough nice things about honest Rick was to work with, though. Had the car been what I was looking for, I would've had no hesitation working with Rick. Highly recommended.
Rude and a rip off - John
So I bought a car from this dealership online. After driving 600 miles to pick it up. They upped the price by 1500 dollars. After a few mins of trying to work it out I just walked out. Driving down the road the dealership the manger called saying I took the keys to the car and I needed to come back or they were calling the cops and going to have me picked up. I would have never came on here and wrote a review but the owner of the dealership just called me and started to call me names and a lair, so I hung up on him and now he started to text me. So I have screenshots of this whole thing. The names and stuff he is saying to me is crazy. The dealership is mind blowing how they treat people. All I have to say is for being a man in the military knowing these are the people I fight for I can't wait for the day I'm out of the military and not fighting for low life people like this. Don't waste your time with this stealership. All they want is your money and to waste your time.
