I found my 2016 Ford Transit on the Midway website. I was contacted directly by Jenina (very helpful). She let me know it was still available. At the dealership, Jon Koehn was the salesman and Nate Andersen (finance) were the people I worked with. Jon and Nate were very professional, knowledgeable and considerate of my time. The vehicle pretty much sold itself but on the sales and finance interaction part of the experience, I couldn't have had a more easy and straight forward people to deal with. Steve (older gentleman) in the service department has been wonderful helping me get my new-to-me Jeep Rubicon up to date with the recalls and things that needed to be fixed that were covered under warranty. He is very patient and goes above and beyond with me. Takes the time to call and keep me in the loop with when the parts came in and when to bring in the Jeep. Even had someone take me back to my house so I didn't have to wait at the dealership all day for it to be done.

My wife and I stopped by Davis-Moore to look at 2017 Wrangler Rubicon Recon Editions. Rich Vogt met us at the door and showed us a number Jeeps, but they didnt have what we were looking for in stock that day. We were both very impressed with Rich's no-hassle, relaxed approach to car sales. When a Recon edition came in, Rich invited us to see it and take it for a test drive. We decided that in order to get the Jeep we wanted we would need to place an order. The sales manager, Steve Klein was thorough and direct and pricing was highly competitive. Steve made the discussion easy and it was great to see the same no-hassle approach in this part of the process as well! The day our new vehicle arrived, Rich invited us to see it and when we returned to accept delivery the process flowed very well. I.C. Collins in Finance provided great recommendations on available warranty and finance options and helped us design a package that was right for both our budget and our driving style. He made the process comfortable and very understandable. Rich then took me to meet Cong Nguyen in parts, who helped me purchase accessories to protect our new vehicle. Overall, I found buying from Davis Moore to be a great experience, and their straightforward approach is serving them well. Great job!

Went in looking for a car for my fiance 1st car somthing she could use to get back and forth from work and drive around town but didn't want to spend a lot of money ended up spending 6 thousand on a Chevy Malibu the sales guy was great showed us a couple different cars in are price range let us test drive them and think about if for a day. Came back the next day to fill out paperwork and got sent to different gut to fill out paperwork and he would stop harassing us a out a warranty the cost almost the same as the car did and that was after I told him I didn't want the warranty this went on for about 20 minutes to wear we where about to just leave with out the car and go somewhere else so I told him that I was juat gona go with it how it is with out there warranty. So then he pulled out the warranty paper and wrote "he said he is just gona roll with it " in big letters on the paper witch seemed very disrespectful to me and my fiance over all the experience there was great till we got to the end about the warranty. We will most likely go back there in the future but really hope we don't have to deal with the warranty guy again

Great overall experience. Had to travel out of town to find this and they even delivered the vehicle to me. Wish I would have done my homework to learn that the car was not satellite ready as Mazda put fake SAT buttons in their vehicles for many years.

I’m a 1st time customer at State Line Chrysler dodge Ram Jeep. I took my 2015 Dodge Charger RT in for a metal rattling coming through my exhaust. I wasn’t positive that my service warranty would cover it, and it just sounded expensive. I’ve had prior service experiences with dealers that tried to hard sell me 15k worth of service work on a 4k car (my daughter’s car). Not the case here, my service rep Aaron addressed my issue while being cordial with a genuine interest in my car. In the meantime, The General Manager, Frank Clinton, went out of his way to check on my warranty, which was purchased from another dealer. They fixed the problem at a minimal cost, and I was in and out in about 45 minutes! I highly recommend this dealership!

My boyfriend and I had found a truck at Bolton that he really liked, so we drove 2 hours to look at the truck, after test driving and getting a carfax report and Gary explained that they had checked the car and had replaced a ball joint & a couple of other things maintenance wise, but other than that was a good, reliable truck. That same day the engine light turned on.. assuming it was something small, or nothing at all, just that it need to be turned off we took it into a local ford shop to get looked at. We found out that the engine needs to be replaced, costing just about as much as we paid for the truck. While i understand it is our responsibility of purchasing a vehicle, it feel as if we took all of the precautionary options other than having a mechanic look at it, but we were far from home. We feel like we were lied to & pretty upset none the less. Now we're out the money we had for a nice truck, and without a truck for now. very displeased.

Marla went over what we wanted and what we were wanting to spend before she showed us any cars and then after that she showed us what would be in our price range. When we decided the car we liked she helped us start on the paper work and since my mother, who cosigned for me, lives 500 miles away they mailed her all the forms she needed to fill out so I did not have to worry about getting them to her. Even though the dealership was busy and Marla was busy she took really great care of us during the whole process from the time we walked into the dealership until we walked out with our new car, and she made sure to schedule a free car wash for me since their detail person was already gone for the day.

On 1/14 I made an appointment for 8AM 1/18. They said the Ford computer system was down. At 2:45 they say it was still down. I find this hard to believe. I called and was told the service Dept would return my call. One hour later I called and they said come in Mon PM. I said I would be in at 8AM. I am not a happy person. Everyone says since I didn't buy it there they don't really care. 2011 Ford Edge. They wouldn"t even give me the number for Ford. I purchased other vehicles there so I have been a customer in the past. This is not a good way for me to be a customer in the future.
