WOW... I have bought over 30 cars in my life (currently own five) and have never been exsperianced such a smooth, easy and helpful purchase. Liz Bias was amazing (my wife and her totally clicked) and Greg Dittmer was very helpful in finding the car for my daughter that we were looking for and then made the deal work for the budget we wanted to be at. It was also a first to be called up to the platform that the manages (Greg) negotiates the deal to give to the sales person.. We just moved to KC and Olathe Jeep is our new family in KC..
It really was the best car purshase my wife and I ever experienced in our 28 years of marriage..

Third Purchase In Four Years - Jerod
We just purchased our third vehicle since 2013. All three times we worked with Terry Mykins and for two of the vehicles we worked with Roger Heath in the finance department. From the time I make contact to ask a few questions, to the time Terry shows us the features of our new vehicle, there is zero pressure, quick responses, and straight answers. Roger does a great job of locating really good interest rates for our finance needs (of course those rates are based on credit worthiness). Ultimately though, the fact that I have gone back repeatedly, even though the dealership is almost two hours away from our residence, should speak volumes.

They told me 4 times that I can trade my 2011 Subaru in and do a deal on it with no money down and the finance department lie to me all 4 times don't buy from them they suck and they lie and then block you so you can't talk to them Jeff their Manager don't call you back or talk to you i'm gonna drive all over Newton Kansas with them written on the back of my car How they lie to you all the time and they say can help you but yet they lie to you and they blame the banks not them

Bought a 2016 Silverado, Fred Leatz was my contact over the internet and continued with him during the whole process. Very friendly and likeable person to work with. The whole experience with the dealership was great. Very honest people and I will go back in the future. Good to know that Victory has Ford, Dodge and Chevy dealerships.

I went to State Line on a whim to look at a specific Challenger they had on the lot. I wanted to see if my daughter's child seat would fit in the back before I considered one for a daily driver. I walked in without an appointment and was greeted by Guillermo Marquez, who was happy to show me the car. He recommended a test drive (which was quite long and enjoyable) and let me play with all the toys and test fit the child seat (it fit!). Before I left we talked through some potential financing scenarios. I let Guillermo and his manager know where I needed to be and what I expected (I am an informed buyer with excellent credit). After some negotiation, without pulling credit, we got pretty close to where I needed to be. I left to think about it and discuss the purchase with my wife. The next day was Guillermo's day off, but I called him and he was happy to meet me at the dealership at my convenience to discuss the purchase further. He was there well before the agreed-upon time and was ready for me. After some back-and-forth (and actually nearly walking out because they were not getting the rate, price and payment where it needed to be for me) we finally got to the payment, price, rate and terms I needed to make it work. The financing process was simple and quick. In fact, it was much quicker and easier than my last purchase at Baron BMW. Start to finish, including the initial test drive visit, was about 3.5 hours. It was the easiest dealer purchase experience I've ever had. I understand the dealership is supposed to protect their margins and get as much as they can for each sale, so I won't mark them down for negotiating harder than I would have liked. However, I definitely never felt pressured. I knew I could walk away at any time if the deal would not work. Owning this car had made me a Dodge fan for the first time in my life and the next time I consider a Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep/Ram purchase State Line will be my first stop.

Had a check engine light for a code I had fixed in another state. I brought it in and had some warranty work that needed to be installed that I had tried to get done local in GA, but it was going to take 2 weeks for them to get to it. They were able to get the warranty work done in less than 2 hours and it cleared the engine code so I could travel safely back to GA without any problems. I'm am very grateful and thankful for the team that was able to get my vehicle in and fixed without any added stress for the holidays.

I had a fabulous experience with Schrams several years ago when I bought my Caliber and have been a faithful customer of their excellent service center ever since. I would recommend their service center to everyone!!!! Unfortunately the same cannot be said for the new generation of salesmen there. If you go there for a vehicle my recommendation is that you only deal with Brady or someone who's worked there for several years. Due to unforeseen circumstances with a deer, my car was totaled so naturally the first place I looked was at Schrams. They had an older model Sebring convertible on their website and even thought I knew realistically it wouldn't be reasonable, I love convertibles so I went to see about it. I didn't know the 2 salesmen who where there and when I explained my situation and my need to find a car quickly, they informed me that car wasn't available. Then, without asking any questions about why I was interested in that car, what I was looking for, or even how much I was looking to spend, Vincent Arguelles, looked at me and said the only car he thought they had that would "work for" me was a little Ford Fiesta out back but it was a "great little car". Perhaps the right thing to do would have been to call Brady the next day and give them the chance to make it up to me but I didn't feel like being patronized so I went elsewhere and bought a very nice Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. So Vincent, not only did your condescending & patronizing attitude cost you a decent commission, you cost your company a customer. You should probably work on your people skills. So my review is this, in my opinion, as long as you work with the staff that have been at Schrams for several years, you will be very satisfied and have a much better experience and most likely get a better deal because they really believe in doing the best for their customers, the next gen I'm not so sure about..
Worst Experience Ever - KL
We normally do not write reviews because my wife and I both believe that mistakes can happen and communication is important but we decided we needed to warn people about this dealership and that it is very important that you look elsewhere for vehicles. Our salesman, Larry, was very nice and willing to answer anything but after Larry than all xxxx breaks loose. We ordered several items for our truck and we sat through Darin's explanation of the warranties and purchased extra but once situations began to arise all of a sudden we are told "it's not covered" so now we have been lied to. We also ordered accessories for our truck and after finally 4 weeks we make the 2 hour drive to Kansas City only to find out the accessory was completely wrong and instead of making anything right they are all busy pointing fingers as to who did what wrong. This has been an absolute nightmare and if we can help anyone from having to go through the xxxx we have been through than please honor this review and go somewhere else.

Don't buy from PARKS! They don't know how to communicate with their customers, one named Jeremy actually screamed at me and told me to basically shut up! Ask to speak with John he refused to give John my phone number! All over paperwork they needed when they did todo their job up front! No apologies for their screw up whatsoever!! Caused me to have a panic attack!
Unbalancing Tires - Love my RAM
Like a rock head I fell for the sales pitch of needing the tires on my RAM 1500 balanced. It took forever as the balancing machine at the RAM location was out of service so they had to take the tires over to thier Nissan location to balance. Upon driving 15 miles home I had to pull over due to vibration. I discovered that the lug nuts on the front two tires were about to fall off. I know and do retorque them after 20-50 miles, but it was obvious this had only been finger tightened. To top it off the balancing work they had done did more harm than good as I had a slight wobble at high speed that I didn't have before. The dealers response to my problems was, were are sorry, give us a call in a week or two when our machine is back.

My boyfriend and I had found a truck at Bolton that he really liked, so we drove 2 hours to look at the truck, after test driving and getting a carfax report and Gary explained that they had checked the car and had replaced a ball joint & a couple of other things maintenance wise, but other than that was a good, reliable truck. That same day the engine light turned on.. assuming it was something small, or nothing at all, just that it need to be turned off we took it into a local ford shop to get looked at. We found out that the engine needs to be replaced, costing just about as much as we paid for the truck. While i understand it is our responsibility of purchasing a vehicle, it feel as if we took all of the precautionary options other than having a mechanic look at it, but we were far from home. We feel like we were lied to & pretty upset none the less. Now we're out the money we had for a nice truck, and without a truck for now. very displeased.

Marla went over what we wanted and what we were wanting to spend before she showed us any cars and then after that she showed us what would be in our price range. When we decided the car we liked she helped us start on the paper work and since my mother, who cosigned for me, lives 500 miles away they mailed her all the forms she needed to fill out so I did not have to worry about getting them to her. Even though the dealership was busy and Marla was busy she took really great care of us during the whole process from the time we walked into the dealership until we walked out with our new car, and she made sure to schedule a free car wash for me since their detail person was already gone for the day.

On 1/14 I made an appointment for 8AM 1/18. They said the Ford computer system was down. At 2:45 they say it was still down. I find this hard to believe. I called and was told the service Dept would return my call. One hour later I called and they said come in Mon PM. I said I would be in at 8AM. I am not a happy person. Everyone says since I didn't buy it there they don't really care. 2011 Ford Edge. They wouldn"t even give me the number for Ford. I purchased other vehicles there so I have been a customer in the past. This is not a good way for me to be a customer in the future.
