Well i could say their service personnel are very pacient because i saw my mustang and took me about 1 week to get it and they did an amazing deal for me that i could not refuse its a use car wich means its a gamble but they made it worth while. Great overall experience. Had to travel out of town to find this and they even delivered the vehicle to me. Wish I would have done my homework to learn that the car was not satellite ready as Mazda put fake SAT buttons in their vehicles for many years.

My husband and I drove 3.5 hours to purchase a car from here. What a terrible experience.
We already had financing in order so we thought things would go pretty smoothly. The sales person was hung over from St Patrick's day celebrations and made it a point to tell us multiple times. He was not knowledgeable and when we asked him questions he became very annoyed with us.
He did not enter both of our information resulting in a higher interest rate and payment. We has to call someone else over to figure out why. And then on top of that they ran our credit even though we already had financing in order. This resulted in THREE extra dings on our credit report.
About half way through my husband and I decided we were fed up and ready to go elsewhere. The finance manager was great and finished the process as smoothly as possible. If not for that we would have left.
Upon getting home my husband discovered a small bolt shape hole in the bumper. We didn't notice this at the dealership due to the car being dirty when we test drove it. It never crossed our mind to reinspect the car after purchasing it. We thought we were purchasing from a reputable dealer.
Part of our deal included a we owe you a key. Our local dealer called and left multiple messages for payment on that after they cut the key. We could have been stuck with that expense or had to leave the car at that dealership until they paid.
The dealership did not include the id/od inspection required to title the vehicle since it had an out of state title.
Overall we were very disappointed and dissatisfied with our purchase. We should have followed our gut and went elsewhere. Buyers beware. It would have saved us unnecessary hassle, time, money and explaining what being hung over is to our ten year old.

Had a check engine light for a code I had fixed in another state. I brought it in and had some warranty work that needed to be installed that I had tried to get done local in GA, but it was going to take 2 weeks for them to get to it. They were able to get the warranty work done in less than 2 hours and it cleared the engine code so I could travel safely back to GA without any problems. I'm am very grateful and thankful for the team that was able to get my vehicle in and fixed without any added stress for the holidays.

We normally do not write reviews because my wife and I both believe that mistakes can happen and communication is important but we decided we needed to warn people about this dealership and that it is very important that you look elsewhere for vehicles. Our salesman, Larry, was very nice and willing to answer anything but after Larry than all xxxx breaks loose. We ordered several items for our truck and we sat through Darin's explanation of the warranties and purchased extra but once situations began to arise all of a sudden we are told "it's not covered" so now we have been lied to. We also ordered accessories for our truck and after finally 4 weeks we make the 2 hour drive to Kansas City only to find out the accessory was completely wrong and instead of making anything right they are all busy pointing fingers as to who did what wrong. This has been an absolute nightmare and if we can help anyone from having to go through the xxxx we have been through than please honor this review and go somewhere else.

We just had our Challenger serviced at Parks. I left the Dealership feeling like I was their most important customer.
I already had an appointment scheduled to visit with Dairry Walker regarding the purchase of a second Challenger and Kelly in Service coordinated the service appointment so we would only have to make one trip. When we arrived Miss Emily was right there to meet us. She was very pleasant and attentive to our needs and our expectations both before and after the service was completed.
I need to say, we purchased out first car from Parks in 2004. Since then moved more than 100 miles from Augusta, KS. I will continue to make the drive because of the trust and the service received from Parks. Dairry Walker has gone above and beyond what is required several times .helping me with purchasing a vehicle and with repairs.
I would recommend Parks Motors to anyone that is in the market to purchase a car and for its continued care. When you have a Dealership that the owner values the customer and builds the trust that is needed, customers will continue to return. Even when they move over 100 miles away. My boyfriend and I had found a truck at Bolton that he really liked, so we drove 2 hours to look at the truck, after test driving and getting a carfax report and Gary explained that they had checked the car and had replaced a ball joint & a couple of other things maintenance wise, but other than that was a good, reliable truck. That same day the engine light turned on.. assuming it was something small, or nothing at all, just that it need to be turned off we took it into a local ford shop to get looked at. We found out that the engine needs to be replaced, costing just about as much as we paid for the truck. While i understand it is our responsibility of purchasing a vehicle, it feel as if we took all of the precautionary options other than having a mechanic look at it, but we were far from home. We feel like we were lied to & pretty upset none the less. Now we're out the money we had for a nice truck, and without a truck for now. very displeased.

When we decided the car we liked she helped us start on the paper work and since my mother, who cosigned for me, lives 500 miles away they mailed her all the forms she needed to fill out so I did not have to worry about getting them to her. Even though the dealership was busy and Marla was busy she took really great care of us during the whole process from the time we walked into the dealership until we walked out with our new car, and she made sure to schedule a free car wash for me since their detail person was already gone for the day.

On 1/14 I made an appointment for 8AM 1/18. They said the Ford computer system was down. At 2:45 they say it was still down. I find this hard to believe. I called and was told the service Dept would return my call. One hour later I called and they said come in Mon PM. I said I would be in at 8AM. I am not a happy person. Everyone says since I didn't buy it there they don't really care. 2011 Ford Edge. They wouldn"t even give me the number for Ford. I purchased other vehicles there so I have been a customer in the past. This is not a good way for me to be a customer in the future.
