Unprofessional Sales Staff - Kezrms
Went to look for a used car for my son going off to college. Was greeted by a young man that took us inside to find a list of cars that met our criteria. The cars he found matched our criteria but were complete junk. All of the cars were dirty and had not been cleaned up. Found one car that we were interested in and took a test drive. During the drive the young man used more F bomb's than Kevin Hart.
We ended up going next door to the Honda dealer and buying a better car with a professional sales staff.

I love my new car! But when you buy be sure everything that was talked about and agreed on is put on paper! Our salesman is awesome! But we have had a couple of problems. Slowly but surely they are getting fixed!

I have done everything at this dealership except purchase a vehicle, however, I can guarantee 100% that when the time comes for me to buy, I will be going here!!! Service department, Collision department as well as the facilities are downright amazing. I even take my vehicle to this dealership just for cleaning because they have the best people there that obviously take pride in a job well done. Also, the pricing is extremely reasonable! I've done my last business with South Pointe Chrysler. I had a bad experience with their service before, when they didn't start my car service until I got there at the promised time. I stayed another hour and a half for the car. This time I had the car towed in on Monday morning. I told the service guy that it was the alternator. They finally looked at it on Wednesday and said the alternator is good, but needs a new battery. My wife told them that it is the alternator. It was obvious from what was happening. They called back to say it IS the alternator. It's now Thursday and still no word, except that they're "getting the part". Four days for an alternator? Really? I'll never take another car to them. In fact, I'll never buy another Chrysler product. I'm done with that company. Ever since the 1980s, they have scammed the public and I'm out of patience.

We were not showed the inventory of cars. They tried to sell us one particular vehicle. As our salesman was talking to us, another salesman was trying to sell the same vehicle to another customer.He priced the vehicle for around $6,000 over the blue book value of the car. Then he used our trade in vehicle and a voucher that we got in the mail and said he was bringing the car down in price to meet the Blue Book value that I told him I looked up.. during the visit we were switched from 1 salesman to another. My husband noticed some things broke on the car everybody was being shown he said it looked like that car probably was in a wreck before. The mailer we received in our mail showed we had won something, which was just a scam to get us to come in. We left with a $5 Walmart gift card and no vehicle from them. I will not go back and I will try to inform all my family and friends so they don't go there either.
