I went into the Bob Moore Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Tulsa and I was greeted with smiles from all the employees and respect but my salesman was Mr. Ant'Juane "Peanut" Baul. This young man took out time, he listen, asked me a few questions, showed me what was available; listened to me some more with utmost respect,. Then he went to work, he found just what I wanted and asked for. When I say this young man put his customer first he does and within his power he works on your behalf. He works hard to earn your respect and your trust.
When he asked me to test drive a certain vehicle it was his first suggestion, which as a woman I turned him down, but when I say I drove that Chrysler 200 - 2016 off the Bob Moore lot, my goodness, I feel in love hard. Yes, after that first test drive I knew it had everything I wanted and more. I am proud to say I purchased it and I still in love with, good drive on the highway, smooth drive, large trunk space, looks like a foreign car so it looks as if you spend way more than you did. It has all the new tech items inside and the mileage on this one is beyond wonderful. So I would recommend this vehicle to anyone.
So yes, I recommend the Chrysler 200, but more importantly I recommend the care you receive when you in the market for a car to go to this dealership and call on Mr. Baul , you will be glad you did! He is the best!!!!
Extremely unorganized and unprofessional - Krattiger123
I purchased a vehicle through Bartlesville CDJR about a month ago now. The entire process of this purchase has been a farce from the very beginning. Originally I approached a salesman about purchasing a new Ram. I provided my information and waited about 3 days before finally hearing anything back and the only reason I heard anything was because I finally reached out after over 72 hours of no contact. After that I had an approval from a lender but there wasn't anything on the lot apparently that met what I was looking for so they were going to need to do a dealer trade. Which was fine with me because if you're spending that amount of money on a vehicle it should be exactly what you're looking for. I then waited another 2 days without hearing anything, so I reached out again and was asked if I could please select a different option so they don't have to go through the dealer trade route because it's "very difficult". So i decided that a charger would be fine so long as it had the options I wanted. I was suggested a charger that was completely base, I asked again if we could add more options, i'd even be willing to pay the additional price for them. once again went all day without hearing anything, finally he came back and said that there isn't anything on the lot once again. Tired with the whole process I agreed to the original charger at the price quoted to me. We agreed on a price and said he'd even deliver it to me, which was great. Finally I was receiving some sort of good service. The saleman had texted me first thing in the morning and said he'd get it through detail and have it delivered soon. Hours went by and I heard nothing, so I contacted him and asked when I can expect him to show up and he said "The driver will be leaving soon". It wasn't until 9:00pm that night that the driver showed up with the vehicle which left me sitting at work for over 13 hours. I went over the paperwork with the guy that delivered the vehicle to me and an extended warranty was slipped into the mix (fortunately I read all the paperwork) so I didn't sign that sheet and the driver shook my hand and was off.
3 days down the road I get contacted by the salesman and I was told that I needed to resign all the paperwork since I didn't want the warranty. it took another 3 or 4 days for the paperwork to get delivered back to me and the pricing on the paperwork was incorrect which jumped my monthly payments up by almost 70 dollars monthly. So he left and went back and said he'd have it corrected and bring me the correct paperwork. I didn't hear anything for over a week after this and finally I called because I was needing the tax/tag/title check and was informed that the salesman had quit and nobody bothered to check in with me regarding the paperwork. I was told the finance manager would contact me and we'd get it figured out. I never heard anything from the finance manager so I called back the following day and was then transferred about 3 times before landing on somebody that again told me the finance manager would contact me back. Once he finally got in touch with me, he figured out that flaw in the paperwork and told me that somebody would be by that day to deliver the documents to be signed. I waited at work until 9:00pm again and nobody showed up. I called the next day once again and spoke with a different finance manager. She said she'd meet me the following weekend on Saturday so I can sign the paperwork. I took the day off saturday so that I could be ready to just get this done with and waited all day saturday and finally got a call at 7:00pm that she got busy and needed to come by on Sunday. I'm irritated but I agree even though I was planning to leave town on Sunday to meet with some family. I did not receive a call Sunday and nobody showed up. So I called the following day (Monday)... I asked to speak with her and was told that she wouldn't be in that day but she'd be in tomorrow. I called them today (Tuesday) and was told that today is her day off... If you want to be put through the most piss poor buying experience you can be offered go to Bartlesville CDJR.
Intimidating xxx wipes. Rude. No customer service at all - Unsatisfied
Bully tactics. Kept waiting for three hours. Six trips due to incomplete paperwork. Totally unorganized. I won't waste my time here again. Incompetent boobs.

We purchased our 2014 Fiat 500L in Nov 2013. Everything was fine up to the first oil change. It took the dealership all day to do a simple oil change. When I retrieved my car and drove home I noticed as I walked away that something was hanging underneath the car. I inspected the underneath to discover the skid plate that is "loosened" to do the maintenance had not been replaced after maintenance. I return to the dealership and again took hours for this to be completed. I gave the dealership the benefit of the doubt several more times, should have gone somewhere else after the second time, but to no avail this simple protective cover stumped the department every time my Fiat needed an oil change.
The next issue I had was with the license plate lights. I explained to my advisor the computer would tell me the light was out. I would get out of the car check the light, tap the lens cover it would come on. I allow them to investigate it. I get a phone call and said advisor tells me it's a burned out bulb and proceeds to charge me $32 to change a bulb! I explained to him as politely as I could that I did not ask you to change the bulb as there was nothing wrong with it. This same issue kept occurring until I insisted this is under warranty, as I had only had the car less than 6 months. It took them over a week to fix this issue because the dealership doesn't have a dedicated Fiat mechanic or replacement parts on site.
The last issue and the reason I will not go back to Chris Nikel. I take said car in for scheduled oil change. I get a call at the end of their business day that they have lost my keys! They proceed to tell me they can't re-key my car because they don't keep replacement keys for the Fiat. What? Are you kidding me?! The keys have to come from Corporate. To make this very long review short, I know too late, after 2 weeks of calling everyday and getting the run around, it took me telling them that if they did not get my key I'm taking their loaner car to Florida in 2 days for two weeks and I will not be paying for any mileage (it was my vacation planned way in advance). A miracle happened the next day! Mysteriously overnight a replacement was located!!!
Now, I would not recommend their service department for anything but it's inevitably your decision. You may get lucky and have exemplary service. I hope you do.

Gabrielle is one of the kindest people I know. She is helpful and just amazing. At work and away from work she is the same person-amazing! Awesome doesn't begin to describe her. If you are shopping for a new vehicle, go talk to Gabbie! She will take care of you!
Bought brand new 2016 Jeep Cherokee - Panzer
I bought a brand new 2016 Jeep Cherokee about a week ago, Sunday on our way to church it started making a noise and jerked when you accelerated after you stopped at a stop light or stop sign. Made an appointment for 10:30 the next morning, took it in and they gave us a loaner vehicle which was nice but completely shocked that we are already having problems with a brand new vehicle. They called the next day to let us know that the gears were installed incorrectly and that the parts were completely destroyed and were shocked that it ran as far as it did. They are ordering new parts and have to rebuild the back end of the Jeep. I will not get it back till next week. Keep in mind this is a brand new vehicle and I understand that mistakes happen but not a good first experience. I placed 3 calls today to a Justin F. and left him a detailed voicemail about what I am dealing with and how upset I am. He never returned my phone calls. So not only a bad first impression on the quality of the vehicle I am also disappointed in the fact that the sales manager cannot even return a customers phone call! Definitely will tell all my friends and family to never use them!

We were not showed the inventory of cars. They tried to sell us one particular vehicle. As our salesman was talking to us, another salesman was trying to sell the same vehicle to another customer.He priced the vehicle for around $6,000 over the blue book value of the car. Then he used our trade in vehicle and a voucher that we got in the mail and said he was bringing the car down in price to meet the Blue Book value that I told him I looked up.. during the visit we were switched from 1 salesman to another. My husband noticed some things broke on the car everybody was being shown he said it looked like that car probably was in a wreck before. The mailer we received in our mail showed we had won something, which was just a scam to get us to come in. We left with a $5 Walmart gift card and no vehicle from them. I will not go back and I will try to inform all my family and friends so they don't go there either.
