This location should be the model that your organization can utilize as "best practices" for customer service. The level of "welcomeness" starts with a phone call and the friently and postiveness that just comes through the phone by Ms Rebecca Chumley. This feeling of warmth and wanting to "take care of you" is clearly demonstrated by Luke, service advisor, Adam, service manager, and John, general manager. This one of a few business establishments where I truely feel welcome and want to "do business" with. If this is your customer service model throiughtout your organization, then its no wounder that your company is at the "top of its game." By all means keep up the outstanding service.
