High-class operation with a hometown feel. I’ve had a couple of recall issues over the years. The attention, efficiency, and communication were great. The free, multi-point inspection was welcome, and Service Advisor Lori was wonderful: no pressure at all to agree to the resulting recommendations. (Even so, the quoted price to replace my air filter, for example, was the same as if I bought and installed the thing myself!)

Brett Godsey met us on the lot and showed us several very nice vehicles but they weren’t exactly what we were looking to buy. He took us over to Jasper Honda and we found the perfect car. We had two bad experiences from Hyundai of Dothan, was told we needed a battery when we took it for oil change and there was no warnings from the electronic dashboard previously a 2022 Hyundai Palisade it was driving perfectly prior bringing it in, another time took it in for oil change and picked it up and before we could leave parking lot it was miss firing, took it back they said nothing was wrong, and obviously when it was not drivable, very bad service,

I bought a 2023 from them almost a month ago told them I didn't want to extended warranty and still got stuck with it in the sale now I want to cancel it and they tell me it can't be canceled low and be told I work for dealer ship and know the only reason they do t want to cancel it is they don't want to pay a charge back needless to say they will talk and lie and not give all information to you about the warranty and if you get it they will try to stick you with it BAD BUSSINESS
