I waited an hour to see the car once I got there. When I inquired, it was being "detailed" and "fueled up". Finally Jose pulls the car out for me to view and I overhear someone complaining to another employee that it has no gas. Anyway, I walk out to look at it and immediately see a 3" dent/scrape on the lower passenger side of the car. I open the door and it wasn't even vacuumed...it was dirty everywhere. One of the new tires they installed on the front had a big cut on the sidewall. The instrument panel had an error message that they told me indicated the gas tank was empty. Clearly, they are either inept or dishonest. When leaving the dealership for the airport, Italo Figueros the General Manager, asked if I was buying the car. I explained to him the circus of events and bad information I received about this car and indicated I had a trust issue with the dealership. I said "no" and explained I came all the way from Dallas and the car isn't even vacuumed. He said the car just got back from being repaired for damage caused by someone keying the car. He asked me if Jose told me this. Nothing was mentioned by Jose!!! He and Jose did offer to fix these issues but I had no faith in their integrity. They wasted my time and money traveling to their dealership. Don't waste your time with this dealership.
