The service department at this dealership is useless. I understand you want to make money, but to refuse to answer any questions whatsoever about my vehicle is a disappointment. I purchased a Ford vehicle and should be able to ask questions about my vehicle without you refusing to answer and quoting “liability reasons”. Maybe that’s how things are done here in Globe. But I shouldn’t have to call the Ford dealership I used to to take my car to in Ohio to get help!

I worked with Joey Riordan on the phone to purchase a Hybrid Escape. He was SOOO enthusiastic, friendly and helpful with absolutely no nonsense! I am from Las Vegas and had an extremely frustrating day with the dealership here. My daughter contacted Anderson Ford. They had the car I wanted in Kingman. Everything was orchestrated perfectly and I got the car DELIVERED that same evening by Nick Anaya....ALSO a most helpful and friendly young man. I have nothing but good things to say about the people at Anderson Ford....Thanks so much.

I reached out to the dealership after finding a Velar I really wanted to get. I spoke with Baldo Gudiel I told him I waned to speak with a manager and he put me in contact with Ernesto Alvarez.I explained what I was trying to accomplish and thought I was in good hands. Because I had a totaled car I told the manager that in email and explained everything before running credit as I don't believe in wasting time or did I want any wasted credit inquiries and he said he could help.. Ran credit then he starts to blame me for the way we were communicating by email although we did speak by phone. The manager is very rude saying I lied about my credit score when I sent screenshots of what I was on my dashboard directly from that credit bureau's website.. I then asked the sales rep what if I added a trade and the sales rep got all my info and then took days before telling me how much my trade was and what was going on and if they even spoke to the bank about my trade now. The sales rep or who ever then says they would see what they can do when I told them I would write honest reviews about the lack of communication and also how they speak to people. I am not sure how they have good reviews but for a customer who wanted to give them business and explained things before hand you would think you would be treated with respect. I would never purchase from this company and if you come in contact with the two I mentioned stay clear if you would like better customer service.

We were traveling cross country and had a problem with out taillights which was very scary because we are hauling a 27 ft travel trailer. They worked us in on a Saturday and found a missing fuse which they replaced at no charge. Another couple traveling thru had an electrical problem and were so impressed that the service department responded so efficiently. The receptionist was incredibly personable and the service manager was great showing us how to get to the secondary fuse box (not so easy) and explaining what caused the problem. Great experience and we’re back on the road after a short delay on a Saturday afternoon!
