David Jensen..... I have been going to this Dealership for Service for a number of Years. This weekend I bought a car with the great help of David Jensen as there were two cars available I was interested in. We asked to see 3 cars and David was right away getting them for us to see and to test drive. David Jensen is beyond professional and kind and responsive and only said "we want you to be happy." With a family of 5 also, he kindly said "the size of the vehicle matters for most comfort" and we did select the larger vehicle. He also followed up with us the next day to remind us on what we still needed to provide and greated me with a smile and kindness when I dropped the items in the next day. Joon Shin, the finance manager, was receptive and did everything that he could to make us happy with the financing! The sales manager introduced himself with grace and friendliness My service gentleman, Jace, was thorough and very respectful as I began to get involved with David Jensen. I love the video that is sent to you with commentary from the service technician. Jace was considerate and just texted me that my Lexus was ready.... He didn't want to disrupt and was amazing and checked me out when I ready to do so. He walked out to give me my keys so I would be free to go when I was ready. T. Rogers

I can't say enough good things about this dealership. On my drive from Iowa to Scottsdale this year, I hit a "major" pothole on Hwy 54 in the Texas panhandle. It blew a hole in my right front tire, and put a big dent in the rim. I drove 200 miles to Albuquerque where I was able to replace the tire. They told me that I should replace the rim as soon as I could because they had difficulty getting it to hold a bead. When I got to Scottsdale, I checked Mazda dealerships in the area, and found that there are three. I went to the first one, which was only a mile from me. I waited for fifteen minutes at both the service and the parts counter, and nobody came to help. I went to the next one, which was closer to me than Berge. There the parts department told me that they couldn't get me a new rim until April 10th. Since I'm driving back home on March 23rd, that wouldn't work. I then went to Berge,the dealer farthest from me, hoping for the best. The parts manager, Ryan Ploof, checked and said it would take until April 10th to get the rim, but then asked me if he could look at alternatives for me. Of course I said yes! He came back 15 minutes later, and said he could get the correct rim (just a different color) by the next day. I said, please go ahead and order. I then went to the service department and talked with Paul Rupp. I explained the situation to him, and he scheduled me to get the new rim installed in two days. At the same time, he said they would handle the recall that was out on my 2019 Mazda 3. Took the car in today. The new rim was installed, and the recall service was completed. I can't say enough good things about Ryan, Paul and the team at Berge. Thank you!!

I dealt with Bell Karam, Niko Atini and the service supervisor Vince, I found them to be very knowledgeable, trustworthy, friendly and have great qualities, and professionalism. I receive excellent and efficient customer service every time I take my car for service. They always go out of their way to make sure I arrive and leave happy. Thank you.

BL Alfa Romeo - Top notch service. I dealt with Charlie B in the service department. I had come in for a few small things, and even a non-traditional request. Unfortunately, there was an internal disconnect in booking the appointment and Charlie went above and beyond to get them taken care of to my utmost surprise and satisfaction - no going back and forth, no bartering, no nothing, no having to argue - just everything taken care of and made right. I have never been treated this well at any other dealer. I will definitely be back.

Late yesterday afternoon, it was my pleasure and good luck to meet Service Advisor, Richard P... I had a rear inside sensor-controlled light that would not turn off. As a walk-in customer, Richard took the time to solve and fix my problem. The acid from an old battery had leaked and shorted the battery cable effecting the sensor... Problem solved! It is nice to see there are a few "old school" individuals, who will make time to attend to an immediate problem. A light that remains on all night would have most likely result in a dead battery! I had THE BEST experience with Coulter Roadside Assistance because Tom was my guy and showed up early, delivered honest and helpful feedback & turned something super stressful to deal with into something that was done in less than a couple of hours, hassle free and beyond professional and kind! I HIGHLY recommend Tom from Coulter Roadside Assistance for any of your roadside needs. Tom deserves all the praise, promotions and raises as he was the most honest Cadillac technician I have ever encountered. I've owned a Cadillac since 2012 living in 3 different states and most ALL the Cadillac service technicians I have dealt with will do everything to upsell, charge extra, etc. and it's a disgusting tactic that is still used even in 2022 to scare and gaslight women into paying upwards of 100's of dollars for repairs they simply don't need. Tom set an awesome example for any of the bottom feeding service technicians who will say anything to get more $ out of their customers. TOM IS THE REAL MVP!!!!!!
