We bought a truck and needed road service. I called David while waiting for AAA and explained what was happening. He of course said bring it over but also suggested it might still be under manufactuer's warrenty. While I was on my way he took the intiative to call in and confirm the truck was under warranty. He had set up an appointment for me at the dealership and had the service contact prepped to expect me. He took care of the towing arraingements and sent me on my way. They could have had my repair business but did what was best for me instead. Well done.

Horrible customer service and availability of appointments. Would not honor the 50,000 mile warranty because it was days past 5 years. We could not take in sooner due to lack of available appointments. We had already run the diagnostic code and they would not even give us a rough estimate for the repair without a $200 charge for them to rerun the codes and re-diagnose.
