This is the first time I have ever left a dealership that I DIDN'T catch the salesman or sales manager in at least one exageration, half truth, or outright lie. Even the finance guy was nice. He told me straight up what was a "waste of money" and what I really needed to consider, such as the road hazard on the tires and rims. This guy saved me a good amount of money. I came away from my experience with this dealership feeling I had just dealt with genuinely nice people; salesman, sales manager, and finance. You can't beat that.

I traded in a BMW (purchased at a different dealer) on this new BMW so I previous experience with this dealer's service. Absolutely no problems, good service and good rates (including parts). I will definately trade with them again when it comes time for a new car.
