The Jones' buy a new truck. - Jones05
Although the dealership was slammed with customers, Kendall and her team made us feel like the only customers there. Even our 3 kids felt comfortable. This is our 2nd vehicle that we have bought from Kendall Allen and it will not be our last. She is quite fair, unassuming and respectable. She gave us all the time we needed to make our decision and honored every request we had. Thank you.
Nightmare - whcatty
My new (778 miles) Traverse was delivered to Russell Chevrolet December 15 for repair of collision damage. Nothing was apparently done for 3 weeks and now over 2 months later it is still not repaired and apparently nothing is happening while they wait for a $25.00 part for a 2017 vehicle which is "on backorder". The estimate originally had incorrect GM part numbers which may have been eventually corrected. I do not know what efforts have been made to obtain this part or a functional equivalent and never got any information until I started complaining to my insurance carrier and General Motors. And yet all I have been told is the part is "on backorder" and they don't know when it will be received, if ever. I have asked when it was placed on backorder and what efforts have been made to locate the part and the answer I received was "I don't know". I have never had a problem with Russell Chevrolet in the 30 years I have done business with them, but this is just a nightmare with no apparent end. Some of the blame lies with Safeco but plenty with Russell Chevrolet.

Classic Chevrolet Ashdown. - JJ
Always great service , before and after the sale. Great small town feel to this dealership,! I'm in the process of upgrading vehicles now and Tommy(rev) wrinkle has been great to work with.
Great Dealership - thomasr1950
I shopped other Toyota Dealerships in Central Arkansas but chose Wright. The pricing was upfront, no runaround. I got top dollar for my trade, no other dealer was close. One dealer would not give me a price on a new truck unless i committed. I walked out. It's a small dealership so you get the personal service the other dealers don't have. All the big dealers want is to sell you a vehicle. Not at Wright, very easy going, laid back, they take care of their customers. It was worth the drive to do business with them.
Great Experience! - Randy & Jeanice
Buying a vehicle from Rhodes was a low pressure, easy experience all the way around. Paul and Richard were awesome! I would highly recommend them!
Great experience - Hcbranscum
Richard kittler was very good to work with. He Did everything he could do to get us the best price for our trade in and to get the best price for my new vechicle. Everyone was very nice and it was great to do most of the deal over the phone via text message. This made it very convenient and once we made it to the dealership all the prices we had discussed had not changed. Will be buying a vechicle again from this honest friendly dealership.
Kevin Kidwell best salesman ever!! - Kate
I dreaded going in to buy a car, but Kevin Kidwell took such good care of me!! He listened to what I wanted and put me on the perfect car, I got a great deal, and he made the buying process easy!! I would definitely go see him, if you need a vehicle and don't wanna put up with bologna 😋
Great experience.....I will be back - Lisa Little Pickle
Great experience.....i will be back when i need another car! I felt like i knew Dave Dailey forever when i first called to discuss a car! I will be recommending highly to friends and family...thanks.
Salesman was GREAT! - Bob Ashbaugh
While we were "just looking", salesman Kenny Merritt was more informative than pushing for a sale. He was a pleasure to work with and made the whole experience great! He took the time to compare every vehicle we were considering and compare what we needed/wanted. Would definitely recommend anyone "just looking" to contact Kenny!
same people different name, still bad - M D
I brought my car in for a door latch repair and they damaged the door they were working on and won't fix it. Bad service and no customer service skills in the whole service department. Same people you had from David Stanley and same attitude are still there apparently. Just changing the name doesn't improve the standards and make people care.
Why we selected Superior instead of the dealer - Carol Mottler
I brought an older Buick LeSabre there because my granddaughter gone there before and liked the service. They did a great job on the LeSabre and fixed a problem that had not been fixed for years. So I took the Lucerne there too.
Too busy with personal Business - Jamee
Every time I go there, they are always no one at the service desk when I walk in.
This time it was just before the holiday and everyone was talking about what they were going to be doing on the fourth. Too busy with personal items.
Did not answer my question. Asked about a light on my dash. Said they did not know. Rushed through the check in so they could continue talking about the holiday coming up.
Walked someone while going to the bathroom, did not even speak, but they were also talking about the fourth.
Don't take your car there before a major holiday. Did not even check the air pressure in my tires, but said they did.
One tire had 24 lbs, should have aired to 35
no service - Ellie1213
Went in to test drive and I to buy a suburban. Walked in and no one said hello nor did anyone make eye contact. Several staff were visiting with each other so it wasn't that they were too busy. After we stood for a long time we left. Terrible service - wanted to support business in Siloam - We will make our purchase elsewhere.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!! - LHILL
I have been a repeating customer going on 3 years, until now. The first vehicle was a new sale. Never had any issues with the vehicle and the staff was friendly. I'm not sure if this was because we had purchased a new vehicle and they needed me to give them a "high" rating, but they (salesman) checked on us and always made sure that we give them a high rating. I wouldn't be sending this review if I hadn't had to deal with them for the second time, but the second vehicle experience was HORRIBLE and the third and final!! The first vehicle got totaled and since we had a good experience and purchased it from Bale we went back. They took advantage of a brain injury individual. I specifically told them not too let my fiancé make any legal decisions. Had to trade the vehicle in for another (mechanical issues). Had the third vehicle for 10 days and it was in the shop 3 times. When we confronted them about it they had the nerve to ask us what's wrong with the vehicle.......smh.
WHAT THEY DONT DO IS:
1. CALL YOU BACK
2. COMMUNICATE WITH EACH OTHER
4. MEET YOUR REQUEST
5. TREAT YOU LIKE ITS YOUR FIRST VISIT (every time you visit)
I have more, but then I would be petty like them. Every time Hunter Bale commercial comes on I laugh cause he don't have to worry about my generation shopping there.
Not Trustworthy! - Joe321
Brought car in for a recall. They fixed that issue and damaged something else in the process. I kept getting the run around on what day to come back to get the new issue fixed. During this time waiting, I was sent a customer satisfaction survey. So I filled it out of course, I was truthful and not happy with the damaged car. I finally took the day off from work and dropped my car off for the appintment they gave me. I called later that day to get the status on my repair and they said they would not fix it because of the survey I filled out! So why do you fill out a survey if you can't handle the truth about your business!
Someone's new customer!
Labor pricing scam - Susan R Gaither
I went to their service department for an oil change and for them to change my headlight bulb. The service wasn't bad but I was charged $70 for them to change the headlight bulb. They didn't even come tell me before they did it that was what they would charge. I just got blind-sided. They have lost my business. They said it was difficult for them to change the bulb on their own brand of vehicle. What a rip!!!!
went to pick up 2010 Camaro with clean carfax and... - david0815
went to pick up 2010 Camaro with clean carfax and promised everything was good. Got it home had been badly damaged and repainted all the way around, including new glass. My inspector suggested I get my money back, they gave me the run-a-around. Finally got a refund, this show they knew it was a bad deal. Could have sued these folks! if you buy a used look it over very closely.
True Gentleman and got it done! - diva1913

Dealership installs Passenger tires on a Heavy Duty Pickup - Greg
Summary of Events:
I purchased a 2013 Chevy Silverado 2500HD from Joe Lee Chevrolet in Clinton, AR. As part of the sales agreement, the dealership agreed to replace two worn tires, upon taking possession, they had replaced all four tires. This was a pleasant surprise; until I found out they were not rated for a 3/4 ton pickup. They are passenger tires, Bridgestone P255/70R17 (4 ply tires).
I have contacted GM and they said the recommended replacement will be located on a sticker inside the driver door, which states LT245/75R17E. I have also consulted with several tire dealers and a Bridgestone dealer, who all said that 'P' (passenger) tires should not be installed on a 3/4 ton pickup and should have E (10 ply) rated tires. Joe Lee Chevrolet’s own ‘tire finder’ website list only LT tires as replacements.
The following quote is from a Bridgestone representative in an article titled, ‘Advice: Light Truck vs Passenger car tires: what you should know’*:
“It’s a serious safety issue,” says Dino Tenuta, Bridgestone Canada’s Manager of Technical Services. “A P-metric (passenger) tire will generally not stand the Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of a truck designed for LT-metric tires…”
“Additionally, he explains, handling, braking, and stability can all be affected when mounting a non-OE rated tire on the vehicle.”
Another quote from the same article:
“Vehicle manufacturers and tire companies alike stress the importance of sticking with OE LT-metric tires on your truck. Swapping an OE LT-metric tire for a P-metric tire can have dangerous consequences.”
They have admitted to pulling them off of a 1/2 ton pickup which weighs 4,860lbs. When I told the sales manager I didn't buy a 1/2 ton pickup, I bought a 3/4 ton pickup, a Silverado 2500HD, which weighs 9,500lbs, he said “this conversation is over” and hung up.
When I originally brought this to their attention, I was told that if I wanted to 'upgrade' the tires, I would have to pay the difference in price and the cost of mounting/balancing. It should not be considered an upgrade to have the original equipment rated tires to be on a vehicle when you purchase it. Negotiating was not an option; I was told flatly by the sales manager “I am not buying anymore tires for that truck’.
I asked for the original tires back, but the dealer said they no longer had them. I have tried to negotiate with the dealer, but the sales manager said 'I am not buying anymore tires for that truck'. I was told if I wanted to 'upgrade', they would give me $80 'trade-in' for the tires on it now and I pay the difference for the upgraded tires (over $100 per tire), plus the cost of mounting/balancing. I declined this offer as I did not consider original equipment tires an upgrade.
I understand that I bought the truck used and ‘as-is’. As it was when I agreed to purchase the truck was with LT tires. I requested the two rear tires be replaced as a condition of purchase, they agreed to do so. It does not seem unreasonable to expect a dealership to install the properly rated and sized tires. I liken this to the dealership fueling the vehicle with the correct grade and fuel type. It is not expected that they would use anything other than what is recommended for the vehicle. It seems that it would be reasonably expected that they would do the same with the tires, such a critical part of the vehicle given its Heavy Duty nature and the loads it is capable of hauling.
I use a truck to haul a 1,000lb four-wheeler and tow a 7,000lb camper, all of which I relayed to the salesperson, Hassle. Now, if I drive on the currently installed tires, not rated nor recommended by GM, any tire dealer I have contacted, Bridgestone industry experts, or any tire manufacturer I have found, I put me and my family’s lives at risk.
