I would give no stars if it was possible...
Dont waste your time. They cant even do an oil change right! 2 of 3 last oil changes (included with purchase of new vehicle) resulted in loose oil filters. Now I have oil on my driveway and oil all under my new car.
On tire rotations, same deal, 2 out of 3 times the tires WERE NOT rotated. When I questioned the service advisor, he assured me they were rotated, yet the guy who does it, said nope.
On general warranty work, the work is shotty at best. Took my car in for a few items, low and behold, problem couldnt be duplicated, after a week in the shop(which is code for we were to busy to get yo your problem) . Took it to the local GMC dealership...problems fixed.

Lisa is very attentive and a good service advisor. I lamented the closing of Burlingame Saab but was happy that they kept Lisa and moved her to the Santa Clara facility. My Saab has been a good car and even though I just sold it, it is defintiely my Saab dealer of choice in the bay area.

Took my old Saab(1989-900 turbo) in for oil change and to charge up the battery, as it had been sittiing for a few months and I forgot to take the terminal off the battery for saving juice. I couldn't pick up the car very soon due to problems with scheduling someone to help me(I live far enuf away that I needed someone to come with me to pick up the car and drive it to a destination, and to drive my own Saab back home. They were very nice and patient with my situation.
Great guy, Curtis the service Rep. Everyoone there has been helpful, also the parts guy, Jeremy, whom I call often with problems of finding part for the older Saabs that I own. Thanks a million.

My name is Tim and I recently Bought my first new car from Graham Chevrolet in Santa Barbara. The team at Graham was wonderful, the sales woman that helped me Erica Smith answered every question I had and got me my new silverado. She didnt push me into anything and found me the exact truck that I wanted. The sales manager Ben was very polite and treated me with respect, and the Finance manager Vance got me Payments well below what I thought i was going to be paying. All in all this was the best experience i have ever had at a car lot. I went to 5 different dealers before Graham Chevrolet and I had a horrible time. The sales people tried to sell me cars and SUV's that were nothing like i wanted and were way out of my price range. It was nice being catered to at a dealership for once. I would deffinently recommend Graham Chevrolet to everyone!!! Thanks again guys!!!
