Everardo was excellent from beginning to end with my service. I scheduled an appointment the day of, in the morning, and came in the afternoon ahead of my appointment. I love the dealership waiting area, as I can always bring my work laptop and get work done while waiting for my service. I arrived over an hour early with my vehicle, and seen Everardo already smiling as I pulled into the service check-in area. He asked my last name, which I provided, and he quickly got me checked in and going in the process. He provided clear and honest overview of process, estimated costs and also approximated times for service. We were able to add services on to save me a trip from Oakland to the dealership in Pleasanton as well. We explored current on services for my vehicle, and looked up past visits as well. I like to come in very informed and focused on why I scheduled an appointment, and Everardo really enhanced the experience with his level of detail and consideration during the entire interaction from first hello in greeting to final goodbye at completion of my service. Excellent, excellent, excellent. Other BMW dealerships in The Bay price gouge, don’t follow through on communication or openly sharing details about your vehicle or service; but at this dealership, they have the absolute best customer service and turnaround time for repairs and maintanance.
