we left a car for a recall. They said 2 to 3 hrs but couldn't get it done till next day. When I picked it up, Giovanni in service was very personable, put on new difficult wipers at no charge and was so very nice and a veteran.

Well first of all i don't speak English, but a friendly young girl that works in the service department asked my wife if she needed help. We came in because my car had a clutch recall. This young guy by the name of Anthony Andersen helped me. my wife needed loaner Vehicle he offered to give her one while they worked on her fiesta, to me that speaks on its own. Someone going out of there way to help a customer. Excellent service would definitely recommend it

Cindy was great when I called to make appt, dropped off the car and when she called to communicate what they had found. She was knowledgeable and wonderful to work with! My experience changed when I came to pick up the car. 3 people sitting around, one was messing with cell phone. Had to wait about 15-20minutes for the person at the counter (I think his name was Thomas) to finish with other customers. He seemed to be the only one working that day (it was a Saturday). Then once he was done talking with me, someone took the car to wash. He said he did it by hand because they couldn’t put it through the auto wash. It came back wet. I asked him for a towel so I could dry it off. He brought a small towel over and quickly wiped a few areas and said “that’s the best I can do”. I explained about water spots and he didn’t seem to care, barely putting in any effort- just kept saying “that’s the best I can do”. I had just washed it the day before and got rid of all water spots. I wish he wouldn’t have even bothered with washing it because I ended up having to rewash at home to get rid of the water spots. What I expected to take 10-15 minutes, ended up taking about 45 minutes to pick up my car.

On January 23, 2024 ( driving home to Flagstaff from Santa Cruz) we drove our Dodge Grand Caravan into Santos Ford in Los Banos about 10am. A fuel injector had gone bad. They took our vehicle in, drove us and our dog to the La Quinta, got the part they needed from a Dodge dealer in Merced, and had it fixed by 1pm the next day! All employees were professional, super helpful, and very nice and friendly. We were so blessed and appreciative they didn’t sent us to Dodge or say they were too busy etc. Thank you Eddie and the mechanics at Santos Ford!!!

The 5 stars are specifically for Eddie Calderon. Incredibly knowledgeable, informative, honest, empathetic and just generally a good guy. I brought my car in for regular service and the technician found a few needed repairs. Although I didn't have all the repairs completed, Eddie explained each and every one and provided his recommendations for the priority they should be done. He also explained in plain language what each repair entailed and what the different parts in the car actually did to keep it running. Have never had such a positive experience at this dealer. Eddie is best in class.

I am updating my prior 5-star review for service at the Stevens Creek KIA for our first Sorento back in October 2017. We have since gotten a second Sorento, and we will continue with doing all of our maintenance through the dealership. We have found our experiences with the service department to be excellent, each and every visit. It is always easy to schedule a convenient appointment. Daniel and Lizzette are very knowledgeable and I appreciate that they have been able to aid us in keeping our Sorento maintained without paying for unnecessary service. With COVID, we have been working from home and driving far less than before. I’ve had my Sorento for a year and I haven’t even hit 9k miles. Even though the schedule called for a 15k interval service, Lizzette recommended the usual maintenance service of oil change and tire rotation. She even applied the online coupon price for me! I also appreciate that the Service Department is taking so many precautions to keep customers and their employees safe. Everyone is always wearing masks properly, and they always return a clean car to me. 5 stars!

I normally do not leave reviews but I thought I would spread some love today. I just brought my GT-R here after bringing it to two other Nissan dealers (I won't name which ones) and these guys really saved me a lot of time and $$$ but most importantly made me feel wanted when I came in. I was told that my car needed control solenoids to be fixed and the other two dealers said that it would cost me a lot of money, I called Stevens Creek Nissan and they told me to bring it in and they would check it out and it might not be the solenoid. Sure enough it was something much cheaper. Andy their GT-R tech and Ron the service advisor were awesome. I can't recommend them enough. They genuinely made me feel special when I came in and even better when I left.

Ronnie O is the guy you wanna see. Ive been coming here for over 6 years and every guy thats helped me has been great. Ronnie however had extraordinary enthusiasm and delight in getting me situated with my airbag problem as well as communicating with me when my car was ready. Additionally, he went above an beyond by showing me the closest spot i could get a quote on my car damage given that they could not at their site. I have no doubt Ronnie can brighten anyone’s day in less than a minute with the enthusiasm he exudes at work. You can just tell through his voice, smile and energy that not only does he love ford very much, but he also loves helping people and getting them taken care of in the best way. This guy deserves a raise!
