I brought in both my Fords for service and also an air-conditioning problem in the cab of my 2013 Edge. One side blowing hot and one side blowing cold while trying to cool down the cab. Everything was taken care of and my experience was excellent.

I went in with my corvette that had been making weird engine noises for a while and because i was having a hard time getting the car into 1st gear. I had taken the car previously to other dealerships but they were not able to fix either problem. Luckily the technicians at Santa Monica Chevy were able to find and fix the problem on their first try and did so in only 4 days. Needless to say I was pleased with their service and their price as well.

3 solutions offered, 380$ later, and problem still occurs and the tech forgot to plug back in my turn signal and caution flasher lights. Called an employee for help and the manager of the service department on 2 separate days and didnt receive a return phone call.

We bought our new Saturn Ion from Saturn of Temecula in 2007 and were very happy with the whole process. The staff at the dealership treated us as dear friends. Since than we have been taking our Saturn to them for our routine maintenance. Again, the staff is always courteous and professional. Their prices are very reasonable and our car always comes back cleaner than when we brougt it in. We would highly recommend Saturn of Temecula.

This morning around 9:30 AM I called the service department and asked if they could fix the head light switch on my 2001 Z3 BMW that I purchased new from the dealership. After waiting on line for ~10 minutes, I elected to leave a message. It is now 1:21 PM. There has been no response yet.
