He has been working over and above for me working with AJ the service technician and calling the factory super service help line to get things resolved for me. A very complex matter. My last visit to Crystal Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was about a year and a half ago, and the service was terrible. I needed service to my Jeep, so I took it in last week, and I got to tell you their service now is impeccable. I found out that they revamped the management around that time, a year and a half ago or so. Honestly, what a blessing, to experience 100% customer service. It's a nice feeling to have a dealership that goes out of their way for the customer, and excellent customer service. If you didn't have a good experience with them in the past, give them another chance, I don't think it'll be disappointing. Alex took good care of me, and my Jeep. I was having wiring, fuse box, and connection issues with my 2018 Jeep Wrangler. Far more complicated than I could have handled on my own. Avneel and his technicians solved an incredibly complex puzzle of problems and returned my Jeep back to me in good working order. When we first moved to the AV back in the early 90s, we tried H.W. Hunter but found the folks down in Valencia Dodge to be more hospitable. I'm so glad that when we checked out Hunter Dodge again 10 years ago that it was no longer the case! They really did up the game in courtesy and service excellence, touching base with us on the maintenance of our '08 Caliber and '08 Chrysler 300 and clearly explaining whatever needs to be done to the cars. In particular, Leilani has been great to us over the years and has always ensured that our needs are taken cared of during our visits! It feels great to have excellent customer service while supporting a local dealer.
