Jeff and the Team at Paradise Chevrolet were great. I was scheduled for a routine maintenance service, but we added some minor things to the service queue. Jeff told me up front it would take a little extra time, but they were able to handle it in a timely manner. I waited at the dealership and enjoyed looking at other vehicles since my son is in the market for a Colorado or Canyon truck. I've been coming to Paradise for 25+ years and have no reason to change as I do have many other choices based on where I work/travel. Paradise Chevrolet, Jeff Hunt and the Service Team are AWESOME!! We bought the new RAV elsewhere but had never received much information on any of the buttons, Toyota app had not been set up. I live in the Las Vegas area but my 2002 F150 popped a spark plug when I was in Glendale. Star Ford knew I was from out of town and I’m certain that they overcharged me to repair the vehicle as they knew I didn’t live in the area and I had little choice, because getting the truck to another place to fix the issue would have been a logistical nightmare. The cylinder that lost the plug was right up at the front driver side of the engine and was easily accessible. Installing a helix should have taken about an hour, maybe two on the outside if the mechanic working on it was high and liked to take a lot of breaks. But Star Ford claimed that this was a 7 to 8 hour job! They ended up charging me almost $1900 to install a SINGLE HELIX. And then they had the gall to offer to change out the remaining spark plugs for an additional $600?!? What the f--- are they smoking in Star Ford of Glendale?? The service tech Sam Davis was polite and professional, but she seemed to have little sway (or little interest) in ensuring that the service manager didn’t bend me over on the charges. Star Ford is the kind of dealership that makes people not trust the automobile industry. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR SERVICE. There are plenty of smaller mechanic shops in the area that would have done the work for less than $800 (some, a LOT less) and would have had the work done more quickly. I only wish that I had AAA take to one of those places instead. Avoid Star Ford at all costs for service.

My experience at Chevrolet of Carson is always pleasant. They make you feel like you are part of the Carson Chevy family. Lisa is always helpful and knowledgeable of Chevy’s products. Daniel is always consistent in his professionalism. Each time I bring my car in to be serviced he is there to take my information and get me signed in. I never wait longer than 5 minutes to begin the service process when I schedule my appointments. He always has a great disposition as well. Very pleasant young man. Also, the gentleman that is in the parts department is always a pleasure. He is also very knowledgeable of Chevy's products for my car. His professionalism is impeccable. He sets the atmosphere with calm music and is always so kind. I have been to other Chevy dealerships for service within the Los Angeles area. The other dealerships do not compare customer satisfaction and professionalism that the Carson Chevy family extend to their clients. For great customer service and efficiency Carson Chevrolet is it. If you are like me and looking for the best service with professionalism, then get your car from Chevy Carson. My 2022 Chevy Equinox is always serviced by the best.

Beware do not take your vehicle to this dealership you will regret it's a complete waste of time. I took my RAM 1500 truck with the Park sense and Service Shifter warning lights coming on and was advised my software needed updating so I paid $220, and that it should correct the problem and it did not. I had already serviced the truck elsewhere so nothing to be done except warning light problem. I returned again and was advised by Jonathan service advisor the master mechanic would check it out. I picked up the truck and as I was driving off the lot both warning lights came back on additionally the warning sound with no warning indicator is coming on so it's worse from when I took the truck into Envision. I video recorded how many times the warning lights are coming on the day I left the dealership. I am filing a complaint so it is on record with the Bureau of Automotive repair in California and sending a complaint into the California State Attorney General Rob Banta so they can get a hold of the owner at the dealership to advise. I was not told the truth upon dropping off the truck the master mechanic would look at it and he never checked my vehicle I asked Jonathan the service advisor and he said no. I know it's on record who checked my vehicle it's state law its documented on the repair order.

I'm from Denver and was in San Diego dropping my daughter off at college when I received a coolant warning light. Not wanting to drive 1200 miles through the dessert with a potential issue I attempted to get a last minute service. Got an appointment at Kearny Mesa Dodge, but when I arrived they said they could not look at my truck for three days and would not help at all. I went to S.D Dodge where Service Advisor Turner "GeGe" took great care of me, she had a mechanic look at my truck and I was out in 30 minutes and back on the road. I would like to thank GeGe for the outstanding customer service and understanding. I would highly recommend this dealership and service center.

I made an appointment for a regular oil change I advised them over the phone what my miles were however when I showed up for the appointment they wanted to charge me $199. Because the miles had gone over by 50 miles this was supposed to be a free with my purchase. They don’t honor what they promise. Stay away!!!
