I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank the service consultant Beau Ly for the exceptional service he provided in helping diagnose the issue with my car. Even though the issue with the car is still unresolved, Beau’s absolute professionalism, friendliness, relentless efforts, and dedication to understanding and diagnosing the problem went above and beyond my expectations.

P.S. currently the problem with my 2024 RX350h AWD is still unresolved. The problem is intermittent and unpredictable, making it challenging to replicate since it happens irregularly and without warning. I really do hope Longo Lexus can help me in resolving/fixing the problem with my new vehicle
