I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank the service consultant Beau Ly for the exceptional service he provided in helping diagnose the issue with my car. Even though the issue with the car is still unresolved, Beau’s absolute professionalism, friendliness, relentless efforts, and dedication to understanding and diagnosing the problem went above and beyond my expectations. Having been a loyal customer of Longo Lexus for many years, I can confidently say that Beau is the best representative I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. His commitment to truly helping customers is something rare and greatly appreciated. My most sincere Thank You again to Beau Ly for his outstanding support. He certainly made my experience with Longo so smooth and stress-free, and it truly means a lot. Beau is absolutely THE BEST!!! P.S. currently the problem with my 2024 RX350h AWD is still unresolved. The problem is intermittent and unpredictable, making it challenging to replicate since it happens irregularly and without warning. I really do hope Longo Lexus can help me in resolving/fixing the problem with my new vehicle

I had purchased my used E350 from Mercedes of Marin a while back. Matt Goldman was my sales rep and from start to finish ensured the best purchasing experience. Gave me detailed info on the car, made a smooth buying process, and was super professional and easy to work with. I also had bought an extended warranty on the vehicle. When a couple minor issues arose later on down the road, I tried to file a warranty claim with my local dealer in MB Pleasanton, however they were misinformed on the coverage and said it won’t be covered. I called Matt and he connected me with Donald, the service rep in Marin. These guys not only said that was not correct but also said with confidence that they will make sure that all issues are addressed for me under my warranty. Despite the longer distance, I took my car to MB of Marin and they went above and beyond to get the repairs done. I am so fortunate to deal with this dealership, and particularly with Matt and Don. Best customer service. Period.

Outstanding dealership. Service Dept is quick at check in and thorough about what is included and they always greet you with a smile. They ask if I would like the tires rotated and I say yes. I like rotating my tires with every service which I also have done with my truck; 6 months or 6,000 miles. Their wait area is comfortable with a TV and refreshments. All the employees acknowledge you and ask if I need any assistance with a smile. I hadn't had lunch so asked the service rep about places to eat and he gave me some recommended places ands said they have Uber service for delivery and pickup at no cost. This was outstanding and the Uber drivers were quick to respond.
