This by far was the best car buying experience. Was quoted a price by email $4,000 off the msrp price by email. Never spoke to the salesman until a week later and he stood by the price he quoted. In addition, we test drove the vehicle on a aThursday and drove away 24 hours later. No bull about financing, extras or anything. This dealer is an integrity dealer. I highly recommend this dealer. I will continue to tell friends and family about them. I live in NY 50 miles away from dealer but it was totally worth the ride.

I went in looking to find a used Hummer H2, because I wasn't ready to pay the over $50K window sticker price for a new one. I asked to take a test drive and went out with a salesman who didn't even ask for identification or a copy of my insurance or registration (which I thought was careless, even though I had the required papers). When we came back into the dealership, it was constantly, "What can I do to put you into a NEW H2?" I said let me know when you get a used vehicle in that I might find interesting. Despite calling the dealership a few times, they never got back to me with an offer. Was it because none came in that matched what I wanted? Perhaps. It doesn't make up for the pushy salesman and the overall lack of professionalism that I felt at the dealer. I think they forgot they were selling $50K SUV's and not $15K compact cars (Crowley runs a bunch of other dealerships too). I've come to expect a higher level of service, especially since I currently drive a BMW. I'd say pass on this dealer, and find one that respects the customer and operates a business worthy of such expensive vehicles.
