We have been using Grand Prix for many years and will continue to.When we bought our daughters car and grandsons car we went to Steve who checked them out and we were told that yes they might need small repairs due to the age of one of the cars but since it was a first car it would be good for his needs.Needless to say we bought it and three years later we can not complain.All of our family cars go there to be repaired and we have never had a problem, in fact my daughters car died so she thought after school one night. She called grand prix and their tow truck came out and checked out her car. over the weekend she was in Ny where she had bought and didn't need a battery.The man that took the time to fix the battery and make sure she was safe in an empty parking lot told her to check with Joe in the morning. Most places would have demanded their money up front, but being the type of people they are she wasn't charged. They take good care of their clients and it feels like family. When the time is right this is the place we will buy our car as we trust everyone who works there.

Frozen Latches - Roaring422

I recently purchased a 2015 Ford 150, The latches on my door when frozen, would not let me close my doors.I called the dealership, Ed the service rep, told me to bring it in. An hour later i arrived at the dealership and was informed there was a recall for the latches on my doors and they will fix the problem right then and there. After waiting for the job to be finished my truck was finally fixed. Everybody involved, did a great job. Thank you Ed

I have owned my Smartcar for over two years. When I first bought the car, the cars were hard to find, but Hoffman found exactly what I wanted. Although the Smartcar does not need to be serviced often, whenever I want an appointment, I am able to get one on the date and at a time of my choice. The people who work at Hoffman are friendly, accomodating, and very thorough. At my most recent appointment, the service person noticed my tires needed replacing. I knew the tread was worn, but the service person made sure to actually SHOW me how worn it was, rather than asking me to take his word for it. Hoffman keeps me up to date on information concerning my Smartcar via email. I would recommend Hoffman to anyone who wants all-around great service at a good price.

I recently had my car repaired here. I dropped my car off and was told it would be ready in 12 days for pick up. On the estimated date I had not received a single update the whole time my car was in the shop, so I called and was told it should be ready the following monday (3 days later). I received no phone call monday, so I called them around 3pm, to be told it would be ready Wednesday. I spoke to the secretary and asked for her to call me and leave a voicemail on Wednesday with an update if the car was ready or not since I work night and would likely be sleeping, she agreed. I received no phone call, and when I called at 3pm again, she yelled at me, saying she didn't get an update until I called and she had to ASK while I was on the phone with her. She then proceeded to yell at me, saying the car won't be ready until Friday, and that I can NOT call her, that she would call me. Guess what? Friday came, no call. Called Monday, at open, didn't get a return call till 2pm saying the car was ready. 12 days, was now 21. When I picked my car up, there was a box of car parts on my passenger seat, my driver door speakers. They refused to put them back in saying they were broken when dropped off, which they were not. They were left for the manager to contact me, who still has not. The chrome pieces on my door were never put back, and part of my side view mirror was never assembled so wires are hanging out of it. I have reached out to the manager 3 times. No response STILL. Reached out to my insurance, and am taking my car to a different dealer because this was the absolute WORST experience I have ever had with a collision center. They are truly unprofessional, unreliable, and should not be trusted with the repairs of anyone's car.
