I have been coming to Nucar Connection ever since I brought my Cruz in 2017 .On September 8 ,I had my routine oil change and tire rotation . I do this regularly. On that day
it was suggested that I replace my front brake pads and rotor . Everything else on that invoice was marked as satisfactory. Because I take such recommendations seriously I made an appointment to get my brake work done on 9/12. It was said on 9/12 that my tires were dry rotted and my windshield wipers needed to be replaced .However ,the invoice on 9/8 said everything was satisfactory . I seems disingenuous to say on ,9/8 that everything was fine ,and then on 9/12 say my wind shield wipers need to be replaced as. well as my tires. Why were these things not caught on 9/8 with the oil change ? I have other things to do besides sit around in a dealership .
