Very courteous and direct with the answers to my questions. I was not able to purchase a Kia from Century Kia because I live over an hour and a half away. Took them a week to replace a bumper they estimated to take one day. Did not contact me to inform me repairs would take longer and did not return half of my phone calls. Did not appreciate the general attitude of Mr. Woods or his supervisor. Courtesy driver was quite nice.
