My car battery died and I was unable to jump it. I called the dealership for pricing and to check if the courtesy service was available for replacing the battery. I was told yes and given a price for $210 for my battery. I was transferred to scheduling where I confirmed once again there wasn’t a charge. She said no charge it was the same as if I drove my car in myself. I was given an appointment for the next day. A guy called the next day to tell me there was a “small fee” to install and the price would be $350. I Told him I was told $210 and I had confirmed with two people that it was a courtesy. He said that information was wrong so I canceled my appointment. It threw my whole day off but I ended up replacing the battery for $141.

My F150 was sent over from Subaru to determine the problem. I'm thinking 9 days is a little long to replace a fuel pump & a new battery. The only issue I really had was lack of communication with the customer. A real problem with returning calls. There's a lot to improve on here! But after a few days, Johnny stayed in touch with me on the timeline of getting my truck back. I would bring my truck back here again if they can improve in this area!

Had terrible experience. The only reason they got two stars was because they waived all the fees. Basicly we’re from out of town, needed new thermostat, front ended suspension, and a/c work done. After week of promises. Nothing. My service gal was amazing, kept me updated. After a week. Nothing was done, not even the thermostat , which is a 30 month job. The a/c said I needed to replace the entire system, and suspension system parts would be like 3 days to arrive. I did all the work my self, in less than 5 hours (expect a/c) I’m done with dealerships.

I guess I should have read the reviews about how bad your service department was before allowing them to take my car to install a lift, wheels, and tires. A job that only requires 6-8 hrs of SRT time has taken well over 30 hrs and has been accompanied by continuous lies, misinformation, horrible communication, and now faulty re-work. I will be leaving negative reviews like everyone else, just thought you should know. It’s time to erase your service department and start over. I literally could have completed this job in my garage at home in under 8 hrs.

I had a problem with my 2022 Escape hybrid. I was out of town and had a dead battery. Called My Ford roadside assistant, they came out and jumped the battery. They left and I left. As I was driving my car would barely get over 45 mph and I had three messages that I needed service. I called Jarrett Ford and was connected with service advisor TAMMY HOLLAND who has helped me in the past. Tammy said bring it right in and they will do a battery scan which showed battery was ok. Tammy was not satisfied and was very concerned I might have problems down the road. To sum this up a mechanic there did a complete check of the battery system and found it was the 12 volt battery. THANK YOU Tammy for your knowledge and extra care for my situation and thanks to the rest of the crew at Jarrett Ford!!!

Car trouble is bad -- having it on the road is worse. Having car trouble on the road when 90 years old after having both knee joints replaced is even worse. Yet, the check engine light came on. I, with difficulty, checked fluids and belts. Wife and I drove to the closest Ford dealership which was in Crestview, FL. There, I was told it would be November before they could start on my car. It was mid-September and my wife and I were trying to get to Thomasville, GA, for our daughter's 50th wedding anniversary. I told the gentleman in the service bay that I wanted to know if it would harm our 2010 Mercury Grand Marquis to continue driving it. Just then a mechanic walked in and the question was discussed quickly and it was decided that he could just check the codes immediately! The waiting room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The car problem was related to fuel mixture -- it was running lean. We were sent on our way. The charge was minimal. We were there only an hour! The 50th anniversary party was a great success! But it was made more so for my wife and me by Crestview Ford employees Brandon and Thomas. They were key in getting us back on the road and even now three days later, we still feel in Brandon's and Thomas's debt. We live 200 miles from Crestview Ford; if living within 50 miles, I would certainly buy my next vehicle from them. (I just might anyway.)

I was told online 800 down I get there about a hour in it changes to 1400 down then 2 hrs in they take my check stubs from me to make copies and when the salesman returns he tells me the owner said I can put 2000 down so if I want the car I need to come up with more money...by now I have already paid for the insurance and the tax tag and title and just about to pay the down payment...the worst thing of all I paid uber 70 dollars to get there and I had to pay another 124 to get home after being there for 4 hours and not getting a car. I am so disappointed and now I have to wait another 2 weeks to try some where else cause of all the money spent on uber's.

Instead he insinuated I must have hit something on the way home. Wouldn't go back if future needs of body work.

I brought the vehicle to Greico Monday, 5/22/2023 with air flowing but not very cool temperature. They ran "tests" and determined I need two (2) new evaporator cores replaced. The costs were $4,094.24. I agreed to the repair and received the vehicle Friday, 5/26/2023. I picked up the vehicle and the A/C was working and felt cool temperature but not real cold. I drove the car for about 2 weeks, and then the air starting to blow warm again. I called Greico on 6/7/2023 and they said to bring it back in. The next availability I had on my schedule was on 6/14/2022. Greico ran more "tests" and determined I now need a new air compressor at a cost of $2100 (text). That is over $6000 for a car A/C. I refused to allow them to make any more repairs at this point as I do not trust them, and I went to another repair shop (Empire Auto in Fort Lauderdale, FL). At Empire Auto on 6/16/2023, they ran tests and determined I needed a new air compressor for $2,048.30. I allowed them to conduct the repair. I received the car back on 6/16/2023, and it was working great. I drove the car a couple days and realized a mildew smell in the car which seemed like sitting water. I inspected the vehicle and found a large wet area in the front passenger seat. I brought the vehicle to a local mechanic for an opinion, and he said it appears to be leaking from the evaporator and is likely a clogged drain line. He said since Grieco did the repair work, they should fix any issues arising from the repair at no cost. He also reminded me that Grieco replaced the air compressor in the vehicle less than one (1) year ago, which I completely forgot. I contacted Grieco on 6/21/2023 and they said to bring in the vehicle. I brought the vehicle back to Grieco on 6/22/2023 and they ran "tests" and inspected the vehicle. No shock, they claim none of the issues arise from their evaporator core work and the leak is coming from outside the vehicle, like the door or windshield. They said the cost to repair would "begin" with a leak test to determine the leak location and then they could advise of the repair required. They quoted the cost to "start" at $540 for the leak test, then the costs for the labor and materials for the repair would follow. At this point I've had enough and told them to do no repairs and return the vehicle. I then took the vehicle back to Empire Auto on 6/22/2023 for their analysis. Upon arriving to the shop, I was on the phone for +/-20 minutes prior to exiting the vehicle. The repair shop manager walked up and asked me to look under the vehicle, and he said there should be a significant puddle of water below the vehicle from condensation draining from the A/C, yet there was no water at all. At this point, the front passenger area had a small puddle of water accumulating on the floor. In a short amount of time, the repair shop was able to confirm the leak in the vehicle was from the clogged drainpipe leading from the A/C system. In addition, the repair shop was able to find a Ford Manufacturer fault on the A/C drain system and conducted a further repair applying a Ford Manufacturer drain elbow to alleviate any leaks. The repair shop conducted the drainpipe clearing and the pipe elbow application, along with drying out the vehicle. Following, the repairs were a total of $398.00, and the vehicle is completely dry. Even with several upcoming South Florida torrential downpours, the vehicle is dry inside (no outside vehicle leak). I submitted a claim on BBB for a full refund, and Greico completely ignored it. Stay away from this place. (Note: I had much more info. but I'm limited to 765 words)

Took F150 in for cam phasers. Got it back leaking coolant. Replaced the water pump, got it back still leaking coolant. Took it back, they then said it was the coolant reservoir, $800 they replaced that, got it back, STILL leaking coolant. Went back, then they said it was the turbo coolant line, would be another $2100 to fix. They are either scamming people or their service department is completely incompetent. Would not recommend for service.

I took my car in for body repairs, as was suggested by the Toyota dealership. The original estimate was for less than $5000. Then it went up to $14,000 and ended up to be almost $20,000. I hit a pole in a parking lot, never even broke the headlight and the air bags did not go off, I was going about 10 mph. They sent it to a different mechanic who removed the engine so Bay could “fix the frame” and then the mechanic couldn’t figure out how to correctly reinstall it back. It sat in the parking lot for 3 months with the hood off where more damage to the engine was done. Bay argued with the mechanic about who was going to fix what and who was going to pay, and no work was done for months while the car sat there. They continued to lie to me about what was happening as to the repairs every week I called. The car took 6 months for the repair that was originally estimated to take 14 days. My insurance company finally sent someone to the shop to find out what was going on and discovered what was happening. Bay then had to send the car to the Toyota dealership to have the eigine fixed from all the damage done. It cost an extra $5000 which they passed along to the insurance company. The insurance company (AIG) say they’ve never had this happen where a company doesn’t get pre approval and just sends a bill for $5000. Bay refused to release the car until the insurance company paid in full. It sat there for a week while they came to a conclusion. Then Bay Body decided to take the car for a test drive the day we were headed there to pick it up and they found another problem. Fortunately they got it fixed, after I threw a fit. 6 months and $20,000 later we got the car back. My insurance company say if they’d known the final cost they would have totaled the car. They were horrible, they lied every time we called and ripped us off for thousands of dollars. They contracted a terrible mechanic and then didn’t want to stand by their decision. I recommend you don’t take you car there for anything!

I tried to paste a copy of my invoice showing what I asked to have fixed but it won't allow me to do so. I will continue to look for a way to post it. It's important to me that people understand how th dealership operates. I was recommended to Bill Jarrett by another business person. He tried to help me get the service I needed without good results. He apologized to me for recommending Jarrett Ford. Teca Scruggs was moved to a different department and was also unable to help resolve the issue.

I have always been pleased by the service department’s ability to get me set up with an appointment whether it be for service or handling a couple of Ford recalls in a timely manner. I have always been able to wait in their comfortable lounge area for the work to be done and find myself leaving in less time than I had expected.

An auto accident is, for most people, a frightening experience. My BMW 750LI, with every "Bell & Whistle," affords me extraordinary "JOY;"the BMW advertising agency hit it right on the head recently when this campaign was introduced. BMW is very special;I realize now, that it is not just the BMW vehicle, but the entire experience. Pior to an auto accident, I always looked forward to going to this dealership for service, and, while having free coffee, Starbuck's at that, just meander visiting the parts department (by golly, I always purchase something such as the BM Championnship shirts, wallets, key chains, about twenty caps, Clothing, cast replicas, of the 750LI, And, visiting with the personnel afforded me the opportunity to feel so very special, almost like visiting a five star hotel. Well before the most recent ad campaign, I was filled with JOY;oh, my, what a joyous occasion. My eexperience at the Lauderdale Collision Center has beren unique!!!!!!! Typically, in my opinion, visiting a collision center previously has been the least glamorous, most fearful, least pleasant, most anoying experience with all vehicles other than BMW. Doubtless to say, customers are in a much different frame of mind when their "Baby(BMW") is damaged and, the customer, in most cases, is recovedring from an injury of one sort or another. My experience has been nothing but fantastic!!!!!!!I believe that Mr. Steve Suppo, the Manager, Mr. Richard Simms, the Associate Managder, & especially, Omar, the chief Technician(he should be promoted if he is not in this position already,) appear to LOVE what they do. They are a reflection of Mr. Steve Suppo. I think that, if I were the President of BMW, I would get off my Butt, visit them, and tell them personally what great l;pove they are affording your customes. As a matter of fact, I would have all sales personnel visit the people I have mentioned for a few days and learn. Other things beding equal, such as BMW being "The Ultiomate Driving Machine, the BMW total experience, etc., it is the people mentioned, doing the most difficult job of all, personally, who have solidified my desire to purchase only BMW forever and to make certain that I tell at least one person every day about BMW, and only Lauderdale BMW. Incidentally, I drive many miles to visit this particular agency and, I always will. Thank you Holman Family;you have "Got It Right!"
