The technician does everything that the dealership would do for oil changes, tire rotation and other routine maintenance in your driveway - SUPER convenient! I recently had some major damage to my Lincoln Navigator due to squirrels destroying wires around my engine and Elizabeth got my vehicle in for repair the very next day and also put me in a beautiful loaner vehicle whike my vehicle was worked on. She also coordinated with my insurance adjuster to insure a timely reimbursement of repair my repair costs and it was all smoothly done.
