Let start by saying i bought my first rv from a larger rv dealership in the area.went back for a list of repairs to be short was very unhappy.Went to copleys for help and i would never go any where else.They have a customer for life

Took them a week to replace a bumper they estimated to take one day. Did not contact me to inform me repairs would take longer and did not return half of my phone calls. Did not appreciate the general attitude of Mr. Woods or his supervisor. Courtesy driver was quite nice.

Was very miss lead on my lifetime warranty, bought - not happy

Was very miss lead on my lifetime warranty, bought 8/25/18 brought in for my 4th warranty inspection and was dropped off 8/13/22 before actual date, this great rv dealer (sarcasm) had it for 3 weeks , i picked up 9/24 which would be 1 day before the 30 days is up. and it was a Saturday. the idiot at giant rec world told me on pick up. you must submit this paper work with in 30 days. did not tell me do it when you get home your times up. i sent it 10/3 and they have voided my warranty. there lifetime warranty is xxxxxxxxx. . I would by my rv elsewhere and get your own warranty through 3rd party as i did. After this xxxx. cheap yearly cost and do not have to deal with their ignorance. they had no problem taking my 450.00 from me and failing to tell me you need to send this in today, because we took 3 plus weeks to do your service. And your times up . I give them negative 10 stars.

Worst experience ever when doing an investment like this. Sales Person (Ramon Fuertes) was excellent...no doubt about that but the Finance Department was a mess, no communication whatsoever until the day of picking the unit up. After that, I had to bring the unit back a month later because just before I left on the day of pick up I was told that they had to order a new under belly because the technician messed up the one that came with the unit. They told me 1 to 2 days after I dropped it off. It has been 9 days now and I can't even talk to the original tech that received my unit so another tech answered my calls not knowing what is going on with my unit and telling me that Jorden will call me back. I called again today, no luck, asked for the Service Manager, no luck, contacted the CEO which I have two surveys to fill out, no luck. Horrible Dealer...PLEASE STAY AWAY! Is been the worst experience ever.

Poor response to problems occurring during warranty. Attitude implying customer is putting them out by showing up with a problem needing attention during warranty. Unsatisfactory repair of defective part and later (still under warranty) unsatisfactory replacement of same defective part. As a customer, I felt unwelcome and don't ever want to return! Note: This makes me never want to buy a car from same dealer again. The vehicle I was bringing in for service under the warranty I had bought new from this dealer. The sales guy was pretty sleazy, too! If I want to go to a Subaru dealer again, I'd rather make a 3- or 4-hour drive to a city with at least one other Subaru dealer to find a better (if that's possible) dealer. I love my car but can't stand this dealer! If Subaru wants to keep its customer-oriented and high quality image it needs to improve its customer service in both the sales and service areas!
