My service writer Austin knows his job very well and takes pride in doing it. Your in house staff, Sam and Gabby take care of scheduling and are great at following up with anything my vehicles need. Had great service visit while vacationing last week from VA that we didn't expect. We first called the other Massey Cadillac store, but they couldn't check our vehicle until 7/30/2022. The gentleman suggested we call the South Orlando store. They told us to bring the Cadillac in on Friday morning. The vehicle was ready early Friday afternoon to our surprise. I couldn’t be happier with my latest experience buying another Mazda from Mazda of Wesley Chapel. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and professional. The dealership is always clean, comfortable and inviting. A very special shout out to my sales consultant, Charlie Epting Jr. Charlie went above and beyond showing me different trims of the CX 90. He spent hours going over all the features and options. He answered all of my questions and worked diligently to make sure I was happy with my choice. Charlie worked hard to make sure the purchase transaction was simple and even helped with transferring my belongings from my CX 9 to my new CX 90. I also had positive interactions with Abdullah Tamari during the actual purchase transaction. Abdullah was friendly and easy to talk to. He was organized and detail oriented. He took time and explained all of the specifics of the paperwork, ensuring that I understood exactly what I was signing. I have stopped at the dealership since my purchase and was warmly greeted by Charlie. He asked if I was still happy with my purchase and asked if I had any questions regarding my new CX 90. He reiterated that he is always available should I have any questions or problems with my new Mazda. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from Mazda of Wesley Chapel and when I do, I will look for Charlie and Abdullah to guide me through the process again. I could never thank them enough for their kindness, professionalism and time. Charlie and Abdullah are what makes customers want to come back!

Bought my G4 almost yr ago. Amazingly i have 15k miles on it. All i have done is pit gas in and two oilchanges which have been complimentary. I must have owned 30 cars in my lifetime, including some expensive ones 911s, and i can't say this is 'the best' lol, but IT IS the best considering price. Incredible fun to drive, does 70+ hwy easily, Doesn't use gas, or so seems. I like it so much i've decked out interior w seat covers Miami Dolphin colors. Just great car. The buying experience was great, but the service experience even better. On the highway in freak occurrence one of my grill panels was pulled outby piece of truck tire. Replaced total cost like 50 bucks. No charge installation. Incredible. Who does that? They got me in/out in 15 mins. Another dealer would have taken advantage of situation. Kudos for honesty and integrity. They have a client for sure now. Shout out to partd dept i think Rafael, Danny the front desk i think who 5star all way. You honestly don't find that kind of service anymore. Thank you!!!
