HORRIBLE SERVICE, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! - ElianaM
I have a car with them for over 2 years, and this is the 3rd time the payment process was changed in 2 years to now a different biller. Which I was informed by the previous biller that Latin Motors have the accounts again. I called them twice to speak to anyone that can give me a simple account number to make my payments. The lady that answered the call was lost as ever, I seriously do not know why she is even working if she cannot access anything. Then I went ahead left a voicemail and nothing. Weeks has passed I emailed Edison Cantos three times to help me out. And of course, NOTHING!. Why is it so difficult for ANYONE TO RESPOND TO SIMPLE REQUESTS? I emailed many times and called. So I highly suggest don't even bother with this company for they are truly incompetent workers.
