Saab USA. Wants to satisfy their customers with talk no action. Waiting 3 weeks for them to decide to make a deal for another car ,but will not give the dealer any information on what kind of moneies they are going to give. Three days later they are going to but the car back. Three days later they want to fix something they have tried to fix 5 times already. Saab USA will not put anything in writing so they cannot be held responsible. They are the most irresponsible company I have ever dealt with.
