Not happy with service I showed the pictures of oil leakage they seem to think it was from last oil change of July 2023 they said they could not find any leakages but they cleaned it up but they did not indicate to me it was oil they cleaned up I spoke to Amy and told her I was unhappy with the answer they told us hope for want leaks anymore I will keep watch

Great experience I am a business owner and MONTAE WILLIAMS always help me with all my vehicles When he become to kindness professionalism, and knowledge This is the right person you need to talk. He even notice something is not right with one of my pick up trucks by hearing the engine he notice the engine wasn’t running OK He took my truck in for oil change and find out it’s an issue with the engine. It took care right away. And even call a Uber take me home. I can’t thank him enough for all the help .

If you're heading there for service beware, they try to fleece their customers thinking they won't do their research. Tim was the service writer I had the displeasure of dealing with on two occasions. the first one was a warranty engine replacement. everything went well until I went to pick up my car and they wanted to charge me close to 500 dollars for 4, yes 4 spark plugs that are on the top of the engine and easily accessible. I did have them install them since I figure 500 for a new engine is not too bad. fast forward to just under a year later. I went in for what I thought was a blown head gasket, should be a warranty item from the new engine or the CPO warranty. Thankfully it wasn't the head gasket, it ended up being the upper radiator hose. The plastic fitting that connects to the engine was cracked. Tim the service writer said that is was several hoses and the total would be about 1200 dollars. I looked up the part numbers on the estimate he sent me and noticed one of the parts was a metal heat pipe. I inquired because those don't "expand" as he said the hoses were doing. He then texts me that the mechanic gave him the wrong part number and he was working on getting the correct part number. Next text was that the rubber hose was more expensive than the heat pipe "but I'm going to make the mechanic do it for the same price". I was at this point seeing his attempt to fleece a knowledgeable customer thinking I'd just agree to have the work done so I asked for an estimate for just the one hose that was leaking which is the upper radiator hose. The estimate he texts me purposely cuts off the part numbers, he's thinking I don't know what hoses he's talking about. He prices out the hose with a more than 300% markup in price at 185.20 for a 56.00 part and the labor at 380.00 for a .5 labor hour job for an experienced mechanic. I replaced all the hoses and I'm not a mechanic, just mechanically inclined, in a total of 50 minutes. We were thinking of getting a new vehicle for our family and based on the multiple experiences at the dealer we will never purchase another Hyundai. Go elsewhere for you service needs if you own a Hyundai folks.

Took my car in for an intermittent windshield wiper issue, I was concerned that they say I was crazy that everything was ok, but to my surprise they were able to reproduce the issue, fix the fault switch and control module and have my vehicle back to me within a day.

Part 2: 6-7 months go by with no issues on my vehicle at all, I take my vehicle to tire discounters for an oil change and they told me that the WATER PUMP is leaking and needs to be replaced. They asked if I had a warranty on it and I said I should have one with Paul Thigpen and they recommended I take it to them because there's a warranty for it. I called this past Saturday and they told me the warranty is through Jenkins and that they will try and see if jenkins will cover some of the labor. They said I can bring in my Jeep on Wednesday. I dropped it off Tuesday afternoon so they can work on it first thing Wednesday morning. They said it should be ready Wednesday afternoon. When I asked what the price is going to be, they quoted me $421+ tax because the warranty only covers the part, not the labor. Which is weird because that wasn't close to what I was charged last time.. shady. They ended up getting the water pump from O'Reilly's which is right next door and not Jenkins? Shady as well. Through the text service they provide I messaged them and asked them at 4pm(due to them not keeping me updated on my vehicle) and asked when the jeep will be on ready, they said "if all goes well, it should be ready tomorrow" . I ended up getting the jeep back on Thursday. Not even 100 miles driving down the road, my check engine light turns on. I went to advance auto, they ran diagnostics and told me that it's an 02 sensor. Now I am going to have to pay around $100 for the part and I WILL NOT be taking it to Paul thigpen. They have lost my business, my dad's business who also purchased a vehicle with them and has had nothing but issues since the day he bought it, And my sister will not be going here after her warranty runs out because she also purchased her vehicle here last year. I encourage everyone thinking about taking their vehicles here to reconsider and go somewhere else unless you want be scammed and end up frustrated. I got played. NEVER AGAIN.

All Mazda Dealers are NOT the same. One dealer I used because of location. Very nice people. But the solution they gave left the potential for another issue to happen. So when my car would not start I reached out to them via their service team text. After a few messages with them, nothing. Silence. So I had my car towed to RICK CASE, whom I have used most of the time I’ve had my 2017 MAZDA MX5! Without an appointment they worked me in and had me on my way within an hour or so. That was not all. They also provided me with MORE than was necessary and at no cost to me. THAT is how you build Brand Loyalty AND Dealer Loyalty. Rick Case Service is absolutely the best in the Atlanta area. Not just because I say it but because they actually treat you like a “customer for life”. And they never talked about the other dealer. Only about being MAZDA. Bam!

In July 14 I took my pick up truck to them bc of lights on dashboard and after 4 hours wait I went home and before got there the truck again got lights back on so again back to them.. I did this twice and since July 21 they have my truck bc they can’t fix it and someone from the plant has to check it out A DEALERSHIP THAT CAN NOT FIX LIGHTS ON IT OWN VEHICLES!! This is insane and they never call me if I manage to get in touch with them they say I call you back and they don’t call I am tired of calling and visit them…My next step is TO LAWYER UP!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID 😡
