Unfortunately the whole process of fixing and trying to contact the extended warranty company and other things, took about 6 weeks to complete. Through the process though, Ms Jenn Inman was pleasant to work with. She was very patient with me and my situation. There was a lot of difficulties throughout. Greatly appreciate the technician who was also working on my car and being patient.

Paid $1450 for a new radiator. - DC

Paid $1450 for a new radiator. Got a few miles out of town and my truck overheated. Had coolant all over the place. The mechanic didn't put the lower radiator hose clamp back on. Complete nightmare. I won't be back.
