The car broke down about 200 miles from home. I found out the next day that 3 of the bolts that hold the timing belt in had worked loose. One sheared off in the bracket, one was barely holding on, and one was completely gone. I was stranded in the boonies and out hundreds in repairs because somebody in their service department couldn't tighten some bolts. grrrrr...... I won't be buying here when get my next VW.

My car was still under warranty and had the Audi care package so I never had to pay for anything at the Peoria location. The Peoria location has addressed my needs in a timley fashion. The Bloomington Loaction however has been a pain. They have had to order parts and I have had to make several phone calls to see if the parts arrived, they could'nt find them for several days. The Peoria location has been good to me but the Bloomington loaction need to work on their customer service.
