I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Meet by service agent as soon as I pulled in. He was very neat, polite and ask what service I needed. I had 3 or 4 questions about my new car and I got good straight forward answers. I was in and out in less than 1 hour. Very pleased.

They did the oil change as requested, We have had an ongoing problem with the escape since we bought it 2 years ago After the car has been sitting when you back up the brakes squeal whether they are wet or not. It has done this since the day we bought it. We have mentioned it several times when serviced and the last time we were in last week they told us it was a problem with the escape. I've had a lot of cars with disc brakes and none have ever done this on a cosistent basis like this. Very disappointed in Roberts Ford.

I stopped and brought my car in because I was passing by friendly Ford. They greeted me right away. Everybody was very pleasant and said hello. That passed by. I thought I would have them look over my car because I had taken it to Firestone and they were not sure how to fix my car. Friendly Ford had done a free alignment check as soon as I got in and could address the problem and gave me some direction in which I could go to fix my situation. Do not trust this place! I was told 24-48 hours for vehicle inspection and they held my car for over 5 days! Its on recording of them guaranteeing by a certain date. Tried to contact multiple times and got no response. This place is very unprofessional.
