I have bought 2 cars from this dealership. Ferris was a top rated Salesman and even got my car insurance down so I can make the monthly payment. Cody Hamel, in the Finance, was a wonderful communicator and my car was paid off within 4 weeks for my trade in. My second car purchase was a used car. Dave and Joe from the Service Department made sure my car was in safe condition and went over and beyond taking care of me. I worked in Customer Service for 32 years and I give them a A+ rating. Danny was very good at answering questions and facilitating a quick deal and then followed up with a very detailed introduction to my new Q7. Went in for oil change and maintenance, had an awesome experience with Ben Lau, he was in constant contact and never once did I try and get a hold of someone and wasn't able to. Most places you have to call 6-7 times before they answer. Super responsive, helpful, and explained things in a way most people can understand. Great job and hopefully if needed I can come back to this service dept! Audi, International group, and Ben Lau - 5 stars, 10/10. I felt like this is the way service should be.

I recently bought a Dodge Charger Hellcat at another dealership out of state. It unfortunately had a ton of issues with it when I received it. I took it to Auffenberg Dodge Jeep in Shiloh to have them address all the problems. Mike Reed and his team of service reps worked hard to help me get compensation from the dealership that sold me the vehicle. The mechanic (Ron) working on my HC is honestly the best around. On a scale of 1-10, this dealership rates 100!!! Unfortunately I had some issues with the car I purchased in 2023, no fault of the dealership. Derek, Alan, Zack, and especially Dan, the general manager, were all phenomenal going far, far beyond my expectations. When Dan says the dealership wants to support, satisfy, and serve the customer, he’s not kidding. I can’t state strongly enough how happy, surprised, and satisfied I am with their persistence, problem solving, and desire to do anything and everything to keep me as a happy customer. There aren’t enough stars to recognize Anderson BMW/Mazda dealership’s customer service. Thank you doesn’t seem enough.

They are all good, courteous, personable, efficient and very willing to assist in any/every way they can.. All are exceptional. Most recently, Tim took especially good care of my car helping me & my car out for a long trip with a short notice. They would get more than 5 stars if possible.
