My wife and I started using D'Orazio Ford for service last year on our 2020 Expedition Max. We have had nothing but great experiences every time we visit the service department.

Their customer service is really bad. I was told that parts will come in within a week and then a week became weekssss and NO ONE CALL to let us know. We have to call back to find out. When we called, they can't find my order and told me to bring my car back so that they can check on the parts numbers, which they should given that i was there the last time and they looked at my car. Upon my request, they checked again and then FOUND my records and told me that part would take a few MORE WEEKS!!!!!

I had a friend inform me that the left rear taillight was not functioning on my VW beetle. I looked to replace it and it looked kind of difficult so I decided to take the car to Dixon VW dealer. Surprised me they got me right in their shop! The VW technician came over and had to remove a panel in the trunk and remove the whole tail light assembly to replace the bulb. He did a FAST service for me and put everything back like it was when I went in with the auto. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED SERVICE DEPARTMENT!
