It was an absolute pleasure working with James to option out and order a brand new M3 Comp X drive. While I ended up buying elsewhere (I found my dream car in the exact specs I wanted), James was extremely pleasant to work with and made the order process very simple when getting a G80 M3 from the factory was not as simple. He made sure I was aware of all of the costs involved & took great care in making sure things went smoothly. I brought my 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix in for a transmission problem. I purchased the car with an extended warranty. Charlene was my first contact, she got the car in and I had a brand new loaner car to use while mine was being repaired. Long story short, the transmission was rebuilt but still had a problem. The transmission was eventually replaced. The point of this review is that, even though I had to bring the car back a few times, they worked with me on resolving the issue with a great attitude and determination even though I did not buy my car from them. I own two Pontiac's and have had them both serviced by this dealer. they do great work and I would recommend them to anyone who needs service. One last thing, Robin the cashier always with a smile on her face and was always very helpful with getting the loaner car set up. A++++ on service and friendliness.

My husband and I brought both of are cars in without an appointment and Gus was so helpful and polite about taking care of us that very day. Gus explained the maintenance needed along with oil changes and everything was taken care of in a very timely matter. Gus also kept us informed of the progress while we were waiting.
