Friendly and fast service. We were at a horse show down the road when our 1-ton dually would not start. They got us in right away and found one of our batteries was faulty. Completed the warranty work with no waiting or hassle. Highly recommend the service department!

I scheduled an early morning maintenance appointment last Friday to avoid a possible busy holiday weekend. Oscar was my service advisor during this visit. He pointed out services that are generally required for vehicles at 60k miles but I opted to just get the oil/filter change. He was very nice and professional. I planned on leaving the car at the dealership to head straight to work by 8am. Unsure If I should take public transportation or Uber to work, I quickly decided to ask about their complimentary drop off/pick up service. Oscar accommodated my request right away. Demetrius was my driver for that morning. He was also very professional. Demetrius got me to work safely and on-time, which I really appreciate. Overall, I was happy to check this off my list of things to do before the weekend. The service made for an even better morning. As always, thanks to the staff at Toyota of Lincoln Park!

Well leaving your review on their website didn't help maybe this will. Nobody is helping us with a follow-through on canceling our service contract. Talk to several people and they say they would help us still nothing. Maybe I need to call the local news to get results
