Normally, I have good experiences here @ Green Toyota...but my appt for tire rotation/multi-point inspection was pretty frustrating. Had an APPOINTMENT...(construction made finding the right place to go difficult to begin with). Dropped off car, was told it would be about an hour... I came back about 1 hour 20 min. later...saw my car parked & assumed it was ready, but was told they hadn't even LOOKED at it yet! Then the service rep got defensive/tried making excuses... & when I said: "I had an appointment..." he shot back with: "yeah, well, it's busy. I told you..." & also said "there were some folks who were late for their appt..." Which is BESIDE THE POINT. I HAD AN APPOINTMENT (& if others were LATE, then they should go to the back of the queue). I told him I had another appointment/meeting I had to get to, so he said they'd put a "rush" on it...which also somewhat annoyed me--as I don't want technicians RUSHING the work done on my car. I understand the construction makes things challenging (& I FEEL for those folks working out of the tent w/ no A/C in this dreaded heat...!), but the way I was treated was unacceptable. I WILL add: when I came back to finally pick up the car, the same service rep was kinder/nicer--so I suspect he realized what a tool he had been. This was the least satisfied I've ever been here, and I've been taking cars to them since 2012.
